Dairy Queen

Very disappointed with my visit this evening. Took forever to order through the drive thru then having to wait forever for food even when I got to the window. There was no adult in sight just all teenagers. My food wasn't even warm when I got it from the window. Took forever to make 2 blizzards, I wasn't given a drink carrier for two drinks and two blizzards then when asked it took forever to get that. The pictures are from my son's cheeseburger and that is how it was put in the box. Not happy at all.

Sloth-slow service, orders given out of order and there was plenty of staff. My husband ordered a mini-blizzard and waited 25 mins before he just left without it. A family 3 order numbers behind my husband with 6 blizzards was filled first. Have never had to wait so long. Cleaned my own table, plus another while waiting. Clerk was friendly, but Idk what under the sun made them so disorganized! Food was well& accurately prepared.

I could have wrote this review so many other visits before now but I didn't but tonight was enough. First off I went inside to order since drive thru was long, I wasnt really in no hurry it but to stand waiting on my food myself and 3 other waiting customers see all this food setting in the window just getting cold the kid up front was to busy taking orders he didn't have time to bag and hand out food, there were so many different orders setting there getting cold they didn't even know what food went where. 2 of the waiting customers that ordered after me got there food then finally bag my food up simple 2 burgers and 2 frys my frys were cold before I even walked out the door but this place wouldnt know a hot fry if it hit them in the face and not to mention the so called boss guy on evening shift looks like he needs a shower change of shirt and maybe take the ball cap off and wear a hair net since working with food. Its sad because I had always thought dairy queen as one of the better fast food places but I have a different opinion now at least about the dairy queen on pike st goshen. Oh and I got home and my order was wrong I always say hamburgers no cheese but still always get cheese. Its about a joke anymore going here during evening I go during day dont have trouble.

We waited in line to get our order taken and they told us they were not taking orders anymore because they were closed at 8. We didn’t want any hot food we were getting dessert. They got rude and I told them I will not be returning and what made my mind up before that was seeing a employee eat while cooking in the kitchen.
