Arby's

We had an interesting time. New guy at register. Got our food in good time. Ice machine not working but would get some from the counter if you went back up. They tried really hard with what staff they had. Good job. Would have appreciated a little less confrontations between crew members. Place was clean. Nobody there when we got there but several cars came later.

Went through the drive- through around noon on Memorial Day. It wasn't busy, staff was decent, nothing ecstatic but they weren't total blah. I ordered the new Wagyu bacon ranch steak burger (minus onion), and received it in a reasonable amount of time and correctly. The burger has a decent taste. As far as looks go, it's a fast food restaurant. It looked semi-slapped together, it was juicy and dripped out of the wrapper (not through). I had an end open it was my fault. I would go again, the only reason I don't go often is price, and the location, during busy hours it can be a big pain entering or exciting the establishment.

Shannon, drive up teller, looks as if this is not only time by these reviews but she had an attitude because she was having issues with her register during drive thru order. She was so bitter and rude that I personally will starve before I ever go back an seems it's time for her district manager to get involved. Luckly I was recording video while she was acting this way.. I would like distric manager to contact me..it's a shame a order taker would take work issues out on drive up customers.. very unacceptable Shannon and Arby's

Horrible, service by our drive thru attendant (Shannon) on 2/12 a little past 6pm. She was extremely rude and got upset because we changed our drink? And said she wasn’t going to change out order!?!?! Because that was too much??? Horrible service and I hope management sees this because it ruined our family evening because she was just too rude.

Seriously sat and waited 20 minutes (not exaggerating) AFTER we paid for our food. Ordered two 6 boneless wings and fries and two milkshakes. I was ready for a refill on my milkshake when my boyfriend finally got out the car and inside to see what the heck is going on. It ironically was ready just at that moment.

Very rude people!!! It’s 11:45am on 3/22/22 the lady taking order was very rude so I called to talk to the manager and she was just as rude!!! Places like this don’t deserve to be open!!! The manager wouldn’t even give me her name so I can call and let corporate know she state we ain’t even corporate so go ahead!!! That tells me they could care less about there customers!!!!
