First let me start off by saying I’ve been coming to Barros since I was a little girl and now I take my kids to Barros. However, my last visit has me seriously considering ever coming back. I placed a pick up order (as we live outside of the delivery boundaries) and upon pick up everything was great
In the past, I was a huge fan of Barro’s. But unfortunately I don’t think I can order from there again. I ordered a pizza for delivery that arrived with the all the cheese and toppings completely slid off the pizza and in the corner of the box. I called and just asked for a replacement since mistake
Ordered on the way to pick up. The order was wrong when it came to the wings which they then corrected. However when I got home I opened the hot wings and saw quite a few of them weren't Sauced. Seems that instead of making sure that all the wings where properly sauced, they threw them into the box
I changed my review to 4 stars because the manager took accountability and said the pizza was not made correctly and offered to refund my whole order!
Asked for pizza well done. The pizza was so greasy and soggy. Would not recommend
I ordered a small meat pizza and asked for the crust to be crispy. The lady ask if I wanted it well done and I said yes. After a 30 min wait, I was served a soggy crust pizza. The only reason I give this rating 3 stars, the flavor of the pizza besides the crust was great.
Pizza was delicious. One of the best I've tried in maybe 5 years. I glanced at the reviews and saw a string of bad ones starting about 11 months ago. Maybe they realized they were losing business and switched back to better ingredients because my pizza was excellent.
Honestly so frustrating anytime we get delivery. The pizza is good but we never get any of the sauces we order, sure it isn’t a big deal one time for .50 cents but I can’t even imagine the amount of money we are owed at this point from missing sauces. I’ve called previously and was told it would be
I got a small pepperoni pizza. It was good and the establishment was nice to bring family or on a date.
