The wait was horrible. I arrived to go through the drive through to get a burger. I waited several minutes (5-10) just to get to the speaker box. Once there, I was not greeted or asked to wait, and ultimately waited another 10 MINUTES.... before they said "Welcome to jack in the box. ect". I gave my order and moved to the window. It took so long, the people in front of me were all gone, open straight to window. I paid and got my food, which was thankfully all correct and pretty good. She did apologize for the wait, but man that was a long one for a fast food joint. I would have left the drive through if they had an access way out.

Went there tonight. The only thing correct was our drinks. My daughter nuggets were still frozen!!! My husband and I burgers were incorrect and had a foul smell. I went back through the drive through to return the food for a refund. The girl giving me the refund didn't even apologize.

Great service! Fast and friendly! Salt is my only negative... everything needed seasoning... my first time so maybe that's just how they do it... but very good taste and service was fantastic for fast food!

Best curly fries. For sure over all not bad 🍔 for fast food. Plus lots of good off the wall stuff to order egg rolls mini tacos currios ect

Love-love-love Jack in the Box and will actually drive out of my way to get to this restaurant (At least until they open one Alexandria!) This one is very clean, very friendly and super fast. Especially since they make everything FRESH! For ’fast-food’ thus place is phenomenal! Thanks!🤟
