We ordered lunch for 70 for my Company. I spoke with them an hour and a half before the delivery time to ensure the delivery time. They arrived 20 minutes late and forgot to bring the enchiladas we ordered. As a result, we didn't have enough food. They brought us cold enchiladas 40 minutes late. Terrible service!!!

El Pollo Loco in Goleta is a great place to eat, they have good prices and I like the food a lot. They are always friendly and they get my order right every time, you will get a good deal on your meal with a coupon. I highly recommend it.

Went to this location to use a gift card and ordered three items to try. Two burritos and a quesadilla. After getting home I attempted to eat the quesadilla but it quickly fell to pieces as the tortilla started ripping and falling apart from moisture. I could not get halfway through it without it becoming inedible and so I attempted to try a burrito next. Upon opening, I realized there was a huge tear in the side and it would have only ripped in half had I tried to lift it. I didn't even look at the second burrito... Dissatisfied I took everything back and let them attempt to bandage their mistakes. And to my surprise...THEY DID. The manager even gave me a free drink and some chips to make up for the error. The second time the tortillas stayed together even long enough to be stored for a second day (I was pretty full from the first attempt). And all in all the food was good.

+4: I Love eating at this restaurant because their chicken is so yummy. I especially like the creamy cilantro dressing for the salad. Angelo had Italian dressing. He thought the food was just ok. His rating is a +3.

I use this restaurant for take out. I like the chicken and I especially like the chicken tacos al carbon. Service is usually ok. I disagree with the other super negative reviews about this location. I go often and dispute all the negative reponses.

The staff are friendly but somehow this place not good managed and the food not as good. El Pollo Loco store in State st away better, food taste better, cleaner and organized.

The customer service is not that great and neither is the food. We got some chicken late night and we could hear the guys in the back complaining about the customers that were coming in. Very unprofessional

We've come a few times and is a bit inconsistent. If you go close to closing the chicken available with have sat on the grill for a while and the available sides are so so at closing.
