Cold Stone Creamery

Hopefully the manager(s) read this review. Because Thomas in Goleta is one of the best customer service representatives I've ever met. Everytime we've come in this summer he's been here working hard with a smile on his face! The eating area has been clean and well stocked with spoons and napkins. He is respectful and kind to our kids. I overheard him saying he was pulling a double shift today (4th of July) not complaining just explaining why he was solo. What a great guy. I hope he gets the praise and appreciation he rightfully deserves. He's doing an excellent job. Thanks for working hard Thomas!

Ice cream was good, but they are missing an opportunity. They have customers blockaded on the outside so you can't see the ice cream or addons...you can't see them mix the ice cream with the treats...the customer experience is what their business is based on. I can get the product at the grocery store. The service was marginal. ..had to keep asking for each person's order...no napkins, no lids, etc. The waiter had someone in the back she wanted to be with. Step up your game! Rearrange something to enhance the customer experience!

Love coldstone but I ordered from this location for delivery and they got my order wrong. Tried to call to get it fixed and they claimed to not have my order in their system....even though my receipt says the location on it and I gave them the order name AND number. Nothing. Too expensive to get it wrong and claim innocence, sorry.
