Outback Steakhouse

Outback never fails to be my constant favorite and this location doesn't let me down. Constant quality. Clean restrooms. Attentive staff. Bartenders are awesome. I love that they clear the table quickly and wipe the table down between plates. They make the layered cheese fries just the way I like it. Ask for extra layered with extra cheese and extra bacon! I go here at least once or twice a month.

Food can be great but the way I see managers or higher ups yelling at staff/servers is ridiculous. Last week I witnessed 2 young ladies walk out because of treatment if a member of staff holding a higher tittle disrespected my daughter the way I seen those young lady’s treated there would be a big issue. Yesterday I went back because as I mentioned the food is great but I seen more of the same. Outback needs to do better period. By the way I’m pretty sure the man responsible for the disrespect i seen was a manager named nick at least yell low enough for you not to hear it down the hall !!!!!

I am shocked at the prices for such low quality food. Ordered a bloomin onion as an appetizer that we recieved after we got our entrees. It was soaked in grease. The knives were so dull that we couldn't cut our prime rib. Prime rib got too cold because we couldn't cut it causing it to be inedible. Did request sharper steak knives but they didn't have any. Really? A steakhouse with dull knives? And $3.99 for a Coke? Come on. Never ever going back to the Outback.

I don’t know where to begin . We stopped for the Tuna ahi , they didn’t have . The waitress was in such a bad mood she didn’t mind sharing it with her “regulars” . Another regular actually left because they had no cherries or prime rib eye . When we arrived everyone else had left the bar shortly after so we asked to have the NBA game out on another tv so we did not have to sit side by side , no she said because people were watching . Nobody was watching it yet we did first ask upon arrival (3 additional people who arrived) . The waitress proceeded to tell the people behind how her and believe the chef got into an argument and said she was a B***h and she replied how she can really be one etc . The absolute worse experience I have ever had at Outback let alone a restaurant. We will never eat at another Outback . So disappointed with service and food quality
