There are some highs and lows about this place; however, trust me when I tell you, there are two things you will love from here: - the lamb chop - best I ever had; with local lamb, tender yet with firm texture; the flavor simply bursts in my mouth, though not too much to steal the thunder of the original flavor of the lamb - wine - go with their South American wine selection; you can’t go wrong. Works perfectly with red meat. My friend told me they have new and special items on the menu; I’ll be back for some more lamb chop and more. Note that this place has limited seating, be sure to make a reservation before coming. Can get crowded.

It was an absolute pleasure to enjoy dinner dining in golden. Ryan was a wonderful server to experience for our first time at abejas. We will 100% be back again to try more menu items, also looking forward to the seasonal menu changes. Great wine selection, and easy to pick menu options for all types. Very well presented entrees, clean restaurant and delicious food (wide pallet range of items in the dishes).

I love the service here!!!!! Excellent tasting food! Absolutely love the plating here. The menu is limited to seasonal options but none disappoint! Anything you order is going to be delicious. Don't skip the bread for starters because oh my gosh it's sooo goooood. Will be back to try the bison tartare and scallops!

Pros: Dinner was tasty - we had the duck and the scallops. Small menu made picking the meal easy. Cons: cocktails were very overpriced! The restaurant was very cold inside - in the winter, every time front door opens it wafts through whole restaurant. Overall review - Give it a try! One of the nicer restaurants in Golden!!!
