We were in Glenwood springs for the Christmas holidays and one relaxing day we decided to visit Bluebird for a light lunch! I really liked their Vegetarian sandwich, very fresh and lighter! It came with a bag of chips! The whole place had an amazing vibe! Live musicians and artistic painting and photographs on the wall! An eclectic experience!! If you visit Glenwood Springs, you must visit this cafe!

Friendly staff, 3 great vegan options, and an incredible chef that is completely willing to listen to recommendations and feedback on other plant based options. Ordered the bagel sandwich on an everything and it did not disappoint. Chef is fairly new here and when he came on there was just the avocado toast as a plant based option. He has since added two other options and is actively delightfully working toward adding more plant based options. So thoughtful, friendly and helpful. As a vegan visiting, I was very grateful for finding this gem of a lovely coffee shop that also had oat milk options.

Great food and staff! They have great breakfast and lunch as well as plant based options. I love the pour over coffee and the spicy chai tea!

Great service! We only ordered drip coffee, In my opinion, if the drip is good so is the espresso! Great price and offered bottomless for just a bit more! Wish I had photos, this coffee shop was warm, friendly and a place I could spend hours at with friends. Will be back when in Glenwood Springs!

Great coffee shop, excellent food, but not the best drip coffee in town. If you're looking for the coffee shop hang out vibe, Bluebird is the place to go in Glenwood. If you like Latin-American, strong roasted (aka, somewhat bitter, like a dark roast) coffee, you'll also enjoy this place. Personally, I don't care for the coffee, but the atmosphere and food options are worth it. Gluten free options available as well, including the quiche, which is delicious. Board games and ample seating provide a unique gathering-place atmosphere reminiscent of a small college town. Evenings sometimes have live music, apparently.

Fantastic fair trade coffee! Wonderful breakfast! I have a lot of food allergies and I was able to oder a totally clean breakfast- protein plate. Gluten free options. Dairy free options for lattes. Highly recommend this place!

What a cute little cafe! The atmosphere was wonderful and the food was delicious. Some of the portions are small, so if you're used to eating a big breakfast, you might need to get a cinnamon roll or other pastry on the side

Looked like a cute place so I got takeout—Cobb salad with bacon on the side was delicious! The lettuce needed a bit more curation, unfortunately—some creepy bits. Also, the barista is apparently not into tea—I received a weak brew with the equivalent of two jasmine tea pearls in it. Waste of money.
