Young's Chinese Restaurant - Glenview - Photo album

The decor is unique. Classic 1950 - 1960 carved dragons. Feels like China town. We love it. Don't need new granite and wallpaper to make good food. Order take out from here all the time. For vegetarians the tofu soup and egg rolls have been a big hit. The meat dishes are also great. Only dine
Stopped in for lunch..ordered egg drop soup and shrimp with lobster sauce. Soup was inedible, salty like seawater. Lobster sauce had plenty of shrimp and pieces of broken shells too. Also salty but tolerable. Good white rice is most favorable thing to share. Service? - when i see it, I'll let you kn
Young's is a classic Chinese restaurant out of the 1950's. The food is good, the prices are fair, and the decor will remind you of your childhood, if you are old enough. This is a good place to take kids -- they will be fascinated by the dragons in the lobby, and they tend to seat families with kid
Best Chinese food in all of Chicago! Friendly owners and authentic environment! Well kept and clean restaurant not like others I have been to in the area! 5 Stars for the Mongolian beef and Kung Pao chicken! Nothing compares to Young's....not even close!
Ordered Shrimp lomein noodles . Tasted really bad.. No taste at all . I didnot even felt I was chewing any flavour .. It's better to eat a paper than those noodles. Sooooo bad. The service was also bad .
These people are so sweet, but this food is just mediocre. We got beef with pea pods, cashew chicken, chicken with vegetables & kung pow chicken and every dish tasted like the other. Nothing was terrible, but it was all pretty disappointing. We were sad and no one wanted second helpings.
Awesome egg rools and a cool looking dining room.
