Red Star with the new owners is off the play lìst. From having to repeat my phone number 4 times to waiting 20 minutes for my pickup order that was supposed to ready. Do not order online from this restaurant. Owner does not know how to use the computer, so they will not make or give you your food. I still have not received my money back after ordering online and failing to get the food that I ordered

This is the first time i tried this with the new owner i just want to tell the owner guys you need flavoring in your food it taste like bland hospital food and the fried rice fry it for christ sake it taste like it was boiled and the beef dinners no flavor sorry guys i been coming their for years the food was so flavorful now its nothing i won't be coming back and if you don't make changes in your flavor you won't be around to much longer sorry !!!

I always love the food here. The portions are generous, affordable and the food is always fast yet tastes better than most restaurants. Bring it home or eat at a park. (We go to Flick park). The lady is fast and efficient yet nice enough despite the pace. If you need a proper meal and dont have time to cook for the fam, this is a great option.

Took a while to get through to order my meal. Once I ordered my meal, I waited an extra 10 minutes to get the mea I ordered. It appeared that they might have been confusion with one of the items. However, what really made this a 1 star was the fact that a man was walking around in the kitchen without a face mask on, which seems to be a violation of cook county order and could potentially be a health violation.

Worst Chinese food ever. This was our first time ordering from here so we stayed with the basics . The fried rice was very over cooked to the point of almost being unrecognizable. The Chow mien and chop suey were over loaded with onions but very little of the traditional Chinese vegetables, not good. The pot stickers were oversized dough/dumpling with little filling. A big dough ball. It was so bad we had to just through it all away. Order at your own risk. We won't be returning.

Compared to other restaurants, this one was a bit disappointing. Price to quantity/quality ratio was way off. Being charged over $10 for a Mongolian beef special and the rice was separate with no soy sauce made my lunch break very disappointing.
Overall, I would be careful with this restaurant. They don't really seem to back up their high prices behind the quality. Would not recommend to a friend.

At the moment you arrive in that place they give you an enjoyable feeling. Very courteous crew, it is a good restaurant to go out with friends or with your date. Great cooking, skillful chief cook and stuff, decent pay and attentive service. Highly recommended.
