Walker Bros. Original Pancake House

Everything was so good and worth every penny. Bacon Belgium Waffle, Scrambled Eggs, Hash Brown with Habanero Cheese, Pico, Cilantro.....Bacon, and Voffee.....Pancakes, Scrambled Egg with Cheese, and Ham.....all really good. The turkey sausage was terrible, however, it was taken off the bill with no problem.

Our first time there Very Very disappointed! It took a while for someone to serve our table, ordered breakfast combo to start, and when it got to the table my sausage links were under cook(raw) looking at my sausages I told my son to check his as they were under cooked as well, No one offered an apology, the price of the sausages were discounted, However it seemed like no one cared the experience we had! We will not return to this location and I gave them one star I don’t think they deserve one star maybe half star would be appropriate ..

I don’t love how cramped and expensive this place is but my wife and son love the food so we went for breakfast today. Ordered hash browns and there was a long blonde hair cooked into it. Pulled it out and showed the manager and he indicated all his crew wore hairnets/caps (implying not their fault) and we countered that no one in our family is blonde. So he took the hash browns off our bill and offered a complimentary item (which we did not accept). Service and food were otherwise okay but I think it has convinced my spouse not to go there anymore. I have a place I like better anyway that’s cheaper and they don’t try to justify issues like this (which was her main complaint). So no discussions next time. Just apologize, offer the comp item and move on. No need to try to explain or justify it otherwise it looks like you are trying to blame the customer and that’s just bad customer service. Sure they’re not worried about losing our business and I get better value for my money elsewhere anyway

I give one star because when they get my order correct it is good. Would be higher but their inability to correctly process my order fascinates me. When I call to get it corrected they say "Oh your next order is on us. It's in our notes in the system." Flash forward to today...it happens again. Only this time they don't know who I am (I'm kind of a big deal in the local community). Attempt to charge full price when part should be taken care of. I will be taking my business to my local IHOP now where Sharon and the girls know how to take care of their customers.

The food was good. My husband got the santa fe omelet which was amazing. I got the corned beef hash, which was just ok. The pancakes are yumamazing, and the kids menu isn't overpriced. But it is a pricier restaurant, so if you're on a budget, it isnt the most affordable spot for breakfast. And it's always busy.

Absolutely the best place for breakfast. Everything is delicious. We always take out of town guests here. There's usually a line but it tends to go fairly quickly and it is definitely worth the wait. Coffee is great and the fresh squeezed juices are amazing. Eggs are super fresh - nearly farm fresh - and the pancakes are fluffy. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu.
