Eden Garden Cafe

This is the first time, i got invited by a group of lebanese friends to Eden garden cafe, we ordered so many items, tabbouleh, fattouch, hummos, sausage. Personally I ordered a Chicken shawarma platter. Honestly, the food were so amazing, as you see in the picture a side hummos and green salad 🥗, the prices are affordable, the servers were so special, not to forget the lebanese chef hussein he recognised me from the TV as i am lebanese reporter on MTV Lebanon, so we were given a plate of dessert, a traditional plate of “baklawa“ and he visited us on the table. We were the last table before the closing night and definitely will comeback another time. Highly recommend.

The food was okay. The hookah was terrible. The first 10 min of the hookah was good. Then it started taking burnt. The hookah guys had no idea how to fix it. This useless 'discussion' went on for a while. A new head was brought out. That still tasted burnt. I wouldn't come here for hookah ever. My hookah at home is far far superior.

We used to love this place, awesome vibe and great food, but their customer service got sooo bad. Last time we ever went was for my cousins graduation dinner. We gave them a cake ahead of time and made reservations at 8:30pm on a Friday night. We got there at 8:35 and they told us we need to wait. We waited about 40 min until they admitted that they gave our table away to another party who didn't have a reservations. The hostess was so rude and she ruined our celebration and we ended up leaving to another restaurant.

After a great experience my first time here about two weeks ago I spontaneously decided to visit again on Saturday June 25th. I got here at about 10:08 PM. Everyone who welcomed us was very friendly and courteous. We got seated and we ordered the same food as last time. After our waitress got our first round of drinks she basically forgot about us and didn’t come back to check on us. We got our food about 40 minutes later, which was understandable as there were quite a few people still dining when we walked in. The food was no longer hot when it got to our table, but still warm so we didn’t complain. I believe the young man who delivered it might have been a cook and since our waitress never came back we ended up asking him (the young man) for a second drink for my boyfriend. When my boyfriend’s drink got dropped off the young man left so quickly I couldn’t ask for a drink for myself. Eventually our waitress came back about an hour later once we were finished eating to ask us if everything was ok. The food was great but the service was very poor this time.

They made my whole family wait 35 minutes although we made reservations 4 days prior. We ended up asking them how long are we going to wait and they finally admitted they gave our table away to someone else who didn’t have reservations. They ruined our celebration and our whole weekend. Treat people better!
