I ordered online at 9pm. They are open until 10pm. I get there at 9:10 and not only are they closed but they also charged my card and said completed in the app. Complete rip off artists instead of sandwich artists. I will remove this review when and if they refund me but I'll never return to this location either way. I took these pictures from the window. Obviously they were hanging out in the back or they walked out.

Charged my card twice, showed them my phone showing they charged me twice. Told me to call subway to deal with it, I just left the tall guy told me as I’m leaving “don’t have a nice day”.
Save your money it’s just a bunch of people who dgaf about working there serving you

Good customer service. Which is surprising for the times. Food was made quickly and properly. I got a footlong meal with 3 cookies. They had everything in stock. The employees were nice.

#PHENOMENAL . wow. I wish every new hire one day on the job was so awesome! Man. I've never never never not have to ask for more or less of something. I'm shook. Newbie, I should've gotten your name, but next time I come in I'm looking for you! PERFECT portion of onions to peppers. Literally one strip of Chipotle and mayo. Dude is a god. Only thing I could complain about, but that's subways dang doing is the small portion of meat to bread, but DUDE. I could cry eating this thing. Cookies are heaven as always.

The sandwich was good. The guy putting it together was scrimping on the toppings like the place was going out of business if they put too much on the sandwiches. I ate in and heard the same young man tell a new employee that they don't get paid enough to do something as she was staying busy and cleaning.

Service was 50/50 one female had strands of hair just hanging all over her face and her mask. Not to mention that she acted as if she had better things to do with her life than customer service, plus she does not project her voice when interacting with customers. Then she began having secret conversations with another female employee in Spanish all while another couple was waiting to place their order. I just think she should take better precautions when preparing/ handling food as well as dealing with customers.

So I went to the Leetsdale location and was flat out not satisfied with the way my sandwich was rushed through and not made how I wanted. I sat in my car and pondered about the $10 bucks I just spent on a 6in double bacon bLt .. I took a chance and came over the the Colorado location and simply asked the young man can you please fix my sandwich.. without hesitation he put the Mayo I needed to complete my BLT … he made my sandwich worth eating .. thank you !!! for understanding and saving me the $10 I almost tossed away.. bc im sorry but who likes a (double bacon) BLT without Mayo …
