Today I experienced the best customer service that I have experienced in a very long time. After placing my order, I learned that they do not take American Express. I tried Apple Pay as well and that was declined. I was out of options because I had ran here (a mile from my hotel) and was about to leave. The two lovely ladies working here today still honored my smoothie order! They Simply requested that I come back another day. I will definitely be back… Customer for life! These employees deserve a raise in your business as well.

Pretty horrific "smoothie" experience.
1- Walk in service was horrible, employees are not friendly at all
2- The "smoothie" literally tastes like powdered syrup. If you can imagine that. The texture of powdery drink with thick sweetness of syrup..... I pray to never experience this unfortunate phenomenon again.
3- Fructose. They clearly use fructose heavy flavored concentrates because my still (18 hours later) ongoing migraine, body aches and blood sugar are struggling to figure out what to do.
I'm also wondering if there's cross contamination so if you're celiac or gluten sensitive, I would avoid this place.

There was a straw wrapper mixed in with my smoothie.. I'd love for someone to contact me about this. This was disgusting. Very dissatisfied.

Disappointing to find this place does not believe in science. I Tried to grab a smoothie and despite the C.D.C. saying it is safe for vaccinated people to not wear a mask- this location still is requiring masks. Truly bad people. They are simply trying to install mask panic despite no science to stand by it.
If someone wants to mask despite no health benefit and less oxygen being inhaled each breath- that is fine. But to demand their neighbors submit to their illogical behavior is sadistic.

You will be paying 1.25 for HALF...not even a full serving size!
Even if you buy a large smoothie you will not be getting your full serving size!!
Just buy the same bottle online & add it in yourself, that is absolutely ridiculous!
*Look Up the Nutrition Facts on the Vital Proteins Collagen bottle & you will see for yourself— & even if you ask a worker if you’re getting an actual full serving and they will say yes, then ask if it’s just 1 or the 2 scoops and you’ll see their answer.**

Emerald City Smoothie has a good selection with many options to tune your smoothie to your liking. It’s exactly what you were expecting and nothing more or less.
They should do a little bit of remodeling inside of the shop though. It looks like a smoothie shop from the early 2000’s and the lack of upkeep shows. The door to the back was propped open with a rusty paint can and inside you could see a bottle of pine sol stored right next to the food.
If you’re working out in the area this might be a convenient option but I wouldn’t drive more than five minutes to get here.

The best smoothies i ever paid for. I have a Jamba Juice across the street from my house but I Drive about 7 miles to get these they are tasteful and have a very large variety of flavors. Great customer service!

I just visited for the 1st time last week. It was great. I stopped by in between errands to try one of their smoothies. I got one of the employee created smoothies, Proteinberry (without strawberry) and it was delicious. Not too sweet. I could taste all the flavors. I will be back!

Their smoothies are delicious, but the ambiance is a little strange. They place a heavy emphasis on fitness, so unless you're sweaty and wearing yoga pants, you'll feel out of place. Plus, they're always empty, so sitting at one of the tables and having a conversation with a friend can be a pinch uncomfortable.
