THIS IS THE $10 GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH I WAITED OVER AN HOUR FOR. IT WAS COLD, BLAND, HARD AS A BRICK, THE LETTUCE IS BROWN, TOMATOES ARE OLD TASTING AND THERE IS NO PEPPER JACK CHEESE, THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR. $6 FOR A BANANA MILK SHAKE THAT DID NOT HAVE A DROP OF BANANA IN IT! WAY TOO OVER PRICED AND TASTELESS. THEN WHEN I CALLED AND ASKED FOR A MANAGER, THE GHETTO LITTLE GIRL WHO ANSWERED SAYING SHE WAS THE MANAGER LITERALLY LAUGHED WHEN I EXPLAINED TO HER WHAT THE ISSUES WERE. FIRST AND LAST TIME ORDERING FROM THIS OVER PRICED ESTABLISHMENT.

I went here on 7/17/21with my family the cashier was excellent, very friendly and accommodating. It is extremely loud in the restaurant, so I would not recommend dining in. I don't know if it's the exhaust fans or the refrigerator but you almost have to yell to hold a conversation with someone. I ordered a 4 cheese cheesesteak, a cheeseburger, and philly cheesesteak fries with fried bell peppers and onions, and also jalapeno poppers; which came to 39.00! The steak on the sandwich and the fries was chewy, stringy, and unseasoned, and I can count how many onions and peppers were on the fries and the cheese sauce just tasted like salt and they put so much on the fries that my fries were extremely soggy! I'd say I counted 6 pieces of onion and 7 pieces of bell peppers. Will not be back. The cashier was great though. The 3 stars are for the cashier.

I wanted to like this place, I really did. I went in with an open mind even after all the 1-star reviews I read. The food itself was pretty great, a 4/5. But the service knocks it down a couple whole stars for me. Not friendly at all, barely spoke, looked like they would rather be anywhere else. There are handmade signs on the windows stating face masks are required to enter. Apparently this is only for customers because all but one employee had theirs down below their chin the whole time I was there. I was hopeful I was going to enter an establishment that was actively trying to get their 3.2 star Google rating higher. Unfortunately, not the case in my opinion.

First time ordering from them through Slice Pizza. Horrible experience... I ordered my food online & it was supposed to arrive by 12:28am. By 12:30am, I called Slice who called Chubby's, the first time they didn't get an answer. So I called myself and was told they were super busy and that the driver had just left. After 30 more minutes, I called Slice again who called Chubby's and she said that the manager had authorized a full refund and that because of the miscommunication that my food would still be delivered within 20 minutes. It is now almost 3am & still nothing! I understand that establishments get busy, but it shouldn't take almost 3 hours for food to be delivered or in my case not at all.

First time customer at Chubbys today. It was a special day and we dared to try some new cheese steaks. We were the only ones in there at 5:30 pm. I'm not going to critique service, but I would not want that in my restaurant. Go down the street to Upper Crust Pizza for an amazing Philly and extraordinary service! Good food means nothing if the customer experience makes them never want to go back again. Image, body language, and perception speak volumes! Anyways, the cheese steaks were pretty good and they deserve 4 stars by themselves. It's a shame that they lose a star and business$$$ because of the other deficiencies.

I placed an order for delivery thinking it was Burger MKE. I was very disappointed to find out it was Chibby’s. After waiting over an hour, I called the store. THEY NEVER EVEN MADE MY ORDER! 2 1/2 hours later we get cold food, that was dry and overcooked. To top it off, I bit into my food and was stabbed in the top of my mouth by a staple. Called the store and the manager said I had to talk to the manager who was on duty at the time and he’d call within 30 minutes… 3 days later no call and when I call all I get is a full voicemail! Never ordering from them again!!!!

Horrible service we had never ate here so when we got our food it was disgustingly covered in cheese sauce and when we complained the cashier named sam told us it wasn't his problem and that he wasn't going to do anything to rectify the situation. If i wasn't visiting for the holidays i would've been up there everyday waiting on a manager this was horrible all around i hope no one does any business with this restaurant

The food is decent overall. Fries are very good....but WAY too expensive. Most sandwiches with no fries are $8+ and not that big. The Rueben was $12 and didn't even come with fries. This would be a good place if their prices were 30% lower. I have gone here twice and each time I had a buy one get one coupon and bill was still $18 for 2 with no drinks. Their menu is way too big for a small place. They need to have a more efficient operation and they could then lower prices. I doubt this place will be here a year from now. Not a good value. I will never be back. If you want real value go to gyro palace on Pt Washington Rd. Gyro Palace is the BEST!
