There have been multiple times that I have ordered from here. Not only do they rely on customers to tell them their pickup orders but they don't fill the pick up orders on time. This time around, when I went to pick up the order that was scheduled for pick up at 1:19pm, I was told to wait 10 minutes. The reason I order for pick up is to get in and get out, not wait the same amount of time as if I ordered in store due to the fact that there are no places to stop around the mall. Not only on the phone did I encounter rude employees that didn't listen to me over the phone but when my boyfriend finally arrived in store to receive the ice cream that they missed and didn't make, they blamed him for them not filling my order correctly. Once again I want to reiterate that they receive the orders and can see them. They need better employees in that store and need to get rid of the young adults that spend their time on the phone and don't fill your orders correctly because they have headphones in their ears. I only continue to order from here because it is the most convenient and the quickest, if there were other location I would order elsewhere. If you place an order for pick up, don't. They wont have it ready on time, might as well order in-store. The ice cream is the only good thing about this place, 5 star ice cream and 1 star service.

Drove 30 minutes during COVID-19, just to make it here for the Buy-one-get-one Free Creations for National Icecream day because I had been told they don’t accept the coupon online (even though their site said they did accept it). I called multiple times just to make sure they have that promotion in store and they said they did. Once I get there, I ordered two Creations, just to be told that they don’t do the buy one get one promotion, and I have to buy them full priced..

Such of poor service during the COV-19. I placed an order and 1 hour later they decided to cancelled my order based on the reasons that the business was already closed without notifying the carrier. Not only making themselves look bad but also the carrier (SEAMLESS) look very unprofessional. first time using the app and last time also because of this reason. not a way to run business, very unfortunate.
