Chili's

First, don't forget your vaccination proof, either on the record card or online v-safe. Now, I choose this Chili's because of the free WiFi network, but they require too much information. The place is clean, tidy, the staff is welcoming and usually busy running back and forth, the area is dimly lit, nice size bar with plenty of dining space. The food is delicious, but the AC is a little high; still, I could only surmise they need the airflow since there were no open windows. I look forward to going back to have my fill and then more.

I usually have a pleasant experience while visiting Chili’s. The food is pretty good & drinks are on point. However the customer service SUCKS, especially HAILEY who’s attitude is on a whole new level of RUDE. Idk her role @ this establishment but good luck to who ever comes across this one. She didn’t have patience nor did she know simple questions pertaining to the job such as simple menu options or specials on the day. I asked to speak to someone in a managerial role who could better accommodate, and she said she was the BOSS. Now I’m no one to judge a person but if this is who’s dealing with paying customers, then the hiring process needs to be more extensive and you guys just can’t hire randoms out of desperation that clearly have NO home training. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again to anyone else.

Went for after work happy hour. The food was great, but don't order the chili (not great this time). The service was awesome. Greeted at the door, quickly seated and service started right away. The server was funny, kind and very knowledgeable of the menu and policies. She is a credit to their staff. Clean and comfortable. A minus is the parking is paid in the Atlas Park Mall. Free parking outside is hard to get.

When me and my friend came inside no one acknowledge us it was two waitress in the front just completely ignoring that there’s customers standing there , I then proceeded to say excuse and eventually got help to a booth. Waitress was rude , we had no utensils She also forgot our guacamole forgot our drinks .we had to tell three different people aside from our waitress what we needed. Customer service is horrible here but the food is a 7

Run down place, dirty , the floor was so slippery that most people had to hold on tables to arrive to their place , it looks like it has not been mopped in days or only with water that mixes with the grease on the floor, the food and service was okay......the gel sanitizer containers were empty, tables also were so dirty that.your hands got glue to the table. I'm sorry too have to write a comment like this about a place I feel bad for the employees not for the owners.
