The pastries of Panera Bread are decent and we visit there every one to two weeks when we don’t have any idea what to eat for breakfast.
We have subscribed to their unlimited coffee plan for months and this was our first time seeing that all the coffee wasn’t served in hot & fresh. Hence, we were disappointed with their service at this location.
The indoor dining is currently available and their safety procedures for COVID-19 is pretty good. The staff checked temperature for every customer and kept social distance between tables.

Update: adding 1 star because they leave the almond milk out for anyone to take..incredible...other stores make you ask beg and plead for it... Also took my temperature and made me fill out a contact tracing card..
Not the best service and a more beat up store..but they had everything I wanted..almond milk and an orange scone...plus NYC is the best place in the USA and I've been to every state in 🇺🇸

The food at Panerai Bread, the service, and the atmosphere is excellent. The only negative I found was my temperature came in at 92.6 degrees Fahrenheit. The person who had their temperature before also had a temperature reading of 92.6. It just made me wonder if everyone entering had the same rather really low temperature,

The food was so salty, the basil was wilted and disgusted and the food was not cooked thoroughly. I usually love going to this location but it has gotten so sloppy. I ordered the frontega chicken panini and the chicken soup. I will not be going back to this location

Unfortunately this trip was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location. I understand that during this pandemic, some situations may become difficult, but after I ordered, I stood up for over 30 minutes at the pick up counter to get my food. There were plenty of orders, but I watched my two hot sandwiches be made and sit on the counter for 20 minutes before receiving the other items of my order. When it was time to wrap them up, one of them was nearly dropped so most of the trimmings had fallen out, but to save time it was wrapped like that anyway. The second sandwich lacked the trimmings in a rush to get the orders completed. I was given my bag and told sorry for the wait. When I checked it, I was missing a bag of chips so I asked for a bag and the employee gave me one like she was doing me a favor for waiting not knowing that it was a missing part of my order.

Food is great and they actually heat up the bread but recently they've been getting my orders wrong. Management is nice, if you call they will offer you a new order to pickup anytime.

A bit expensive! Portions small!!! For that price I want to be waited on, and not have to clean up like a fast food restaurant!!!! But food was good!

Good pretty quick service even though it was lunch time, way too many people just lingering around after they eat taking up tables one lady had a table for 4 she was done when eating when we walked in just reading a book and she was still there when we were leaving never understood that go home and read

Really enjoyed lunch with my daughter at Panera, the staff was friendly and very helpful at the Woodhaven, Queens location. The sandwiches and soups were great... enjoyed every bite, we are looking forward to our next visit!

I visited Panera on Saturday for the first time and was repulsed to see the worker’ preparing food and their hair blowing rapidly from the fan or vent. Hats on but hair out, not cool. This was a complete turn off. My daughter said she was looking at the same thing. Melissa and the other lady beside her definitely need nets. Melissa’s hair was the worst. How can customers’ notice this but not the manager who stood right there in front of them.
All the healthy food in the world, but unsanitary practices is no good.
Y’all have got to do better! I will give it another try and I did call today, so y’all will get one more try...be sure to mention in your Manager’s meeting as you said.

Just read your CEO doesn't want guns in your stores. Well first off being a ccw gun carrier means I've committed zero felonies or violent crimes. Second with the positioning of my fire arm on my person not a soul but me knows I have it. Third I have carried in your store hundreds of times without you knowing.
