I guess managment changed and now the new owners/workers are terrible. None of them wear a mask and they touch all the warm food with their bare hands. I even asked one of them if they weren't going to wear a mask and he started yelling profanities.

I frequent this 7-Eleven alot, it's convenient because it is near my apartment and after a long days work it is still open. The customer service in the past with the three young guys operating the tills were very professional, polite and knew what a customer of a 7-Eleven needs and wants, they also knew the customers who frequent the store and had built a friendly environment. There was also an Asian lady who was also efficient at her work. Quite recently, these employees I have not seen working anymore and had been replaced by a rude employee, he say's the friendly greetings but everytime I check out with my purchases he would abruptly change the screen at check out where it gives the opportunity for the customer to input their phone number for the points program that 7-Eleven has, and he always refuse to validate that I want to input my number, once I mentioned it to him and he responded it already processed and does not make eye contact and leaves the till by pretending to be do something. It is a disappointing experience everytime I go there which sad to say, I will be giving my business somewhere else after giving 5 years of my store loyalty.

Bad customer service, older guy was ringing me up and left half way thru the transaction to go to another customer that an employee was already helping them , and than got mad at me because my card didn’t go through because he didn’t do his part on the register, i work customer service. That’s my everyday job, and by far he is the worst . I told older man look I need to go to work can you please finish ringing me up and he was like “oh well your not gonna die if u wait” who says that to a customer . Bad customer service by far. If I could give a 0 star I would and I would double it .

There’s a new owner since 11/23/2020 . And he’s been very demanding and rude, only follows with what he wants to do to the store and very rude with the employees. I was working there for 5-6 years . Little by little he laid everyone off and I was the last to go without a notice. He’s had a few complaints and he was already starting to lose business. The store has been around for 33 years, doesn’t seem like it’ll last by the end of this year 🙃

The cashier was mad because I didn’t buy a bag from her, so she hands me my taquitos bag open face down. I walk out the door and food all over the sidewalk. Thank you angry, spiteful crone. Now my boyfriend has no dinner because of your hatred.

Horrible customer service .... that lady at front (09/28/19) in the morning ...she threw me the receipt and didn’t even says thank you .... how u guys don’t hire someone with education and kindness.... is customer service that ur business is all about.... if I was the owner I just fire her and I find someone who loves her job... bad bad bad !!!
