Wetzel's Pretzels

I love Wetzel's Pretzels in other locations. But yesterday, 12.10.2021, I visited the Glendale Galleria, and I bought one large pretzel and a lemonade. The pretzel was doughy, not well cooked. And I suspect that because it's busy this time of year, that the young man who was working the kiosk was just rushing pretzels in and out of the cooker. It tasted terribly, no cooked well, and as I stated, doughy. Yuch! There should be some better oversight for quality control at all locations including this one. By rushing the process, you can permanently lose customers for all of your locations doing this.

Couldn’t resist a Wetzels Dog and a Strawberry Kiwi drink for a midday snack. Managed to get a seat just across from the fountain so I felt a nice cool breeze during my snack. The outdoor patio dining on a Sunny day is incredible especially with the music playing over the loud speakers. Staff was professional and fast. Placed my order, paid, picked up my order in about two minutes.

So I know they have quite a few stands at the mall but Never ever go to the location where blaze pizza is, yesterday I purchased a wetzel dog along with the original bites and the wetzel dog was raw INEDIBLE!! The dough was slimy, I didn’t notice until I was out the store due to the policy, I was on the freeway when I took a few bites and noticed. I called the store immediately and explained what happened but was told that they weren’t able to do anything for me since I didn’t have a receipt when I wasn’t given one to begin with. I was also told to drive all the way back so my item can be replaced but I find that super unnecessary that I would have to take time out of my day to go back for something they failed to do. UNACCEPTABLE
