Tl;dr: ordered cookies, they were raw. Called store and employee was rude but agreed to replace. Got burnt cookies as a replacement. Pics included.
I've been here many times and the food is usually acceptable, but after the last few times, I have been so disappointed with management. I ordered a dozen cookies from them. The first picture shows the cookies I got. They were severely undercooked. I can't eat raw cookies for health reasons so I contacted them the next day to ask for a replacement
The manager was very abrasive over the phone, telling me they weren't undercooked just soft. But having had their normally delicious cookies numerous times, I knew they were raw, not soft.
He did agree to replace the cookies after hanging up with an attitude. I went to pick them up the next day and was again disappointed. This time the cookies were overcooked and burnt (second pic). I don't know if this was intentional but between the rude manager and botched food items, I'll have to try another place

Me and my partner ordered the rib-eye steak and we both like, our steak to be well done. We had to have our dinner sent back 3 times to have it cooked well done not only the steak was raw almost all the sides dishes ran out.

We ate here today and the service was lousy and the tri tip sliders were very bland, no flavor. I had to keep waving down the waiter for mayo, refills and the bill. When I showed him the e-gift card on my phone he took the phone and was gone for about 5 minutes, and when he returned he said,"your phone locked, this is so annoying." I had planned on ordering a dessert hoping it would be better than the food but it was taking too long so I didn't get dessert. The best part of the meal was the fries.

My daughter and her friend graduated yesterday and both families decided to go eat there.we called before arriving and they said it would take about 1 hour to accommodate 15 guest it took more than 2 hours to get a table the only they had was outside everyone was cold and only one heater was working. We waited so long for service when our food arrived everyone was so cold tired we all decided to take our food to go. We were there so long our parking validation didn’t cover for parking so we had to pay for it too. Horrible service. We would never ever go there again..

I cannot praise BJ's enough! Went to celebrate my oldest daughter's bday. She of course loved everything about our visit. The food was excellent, personally recommend the prime rib. Our server was fantastic, was on top of everything we could have wanted or needed. And we had a special guest drop by our table. Greg, the Assistant GM stopped by our table to chat, check on how we are doing, and to wish my Daughter a happy bday. Definitely made her feel so special. And to add to that feeling, the birthday girl was surprised with a Bday Pookie. Amazing dinner, the entire loved every minute and every bite. We will for sure be back and soon.

If you're coming to the bar and enjoy rude bartenders this place is for you. The amount of times our bartender huffed and puffed because we asked her questions was wild. Ask if they can put playoff hockey on tv she got mad, asked if they show boxing fight here she got mad. Horrible customer service from this specific bartender. Thanks Timesha E.
