When customers come in, they first make eye contact, smile, strive to see the customer return a smile, and then ask how their day is going. They take orders politely and patiently. They use teamwork to serve in just a few minutes; they understand each other without talking. They make sure the customers are satisfied; by asking questions and making a friendly atmosphere. They care about the customer getting what they want. They try not to forget anything in the customer’s order, but in case that happens, they run out and follow you to the parking lot, give the customer the missing item, and apologize kindly. In addition, at Chick-fil-A, everything is super clean. It won a blue ribbon for being the cleanest fast-food restaurant in America. Their floor and tables are clean at all times even though it is a family place. Also, their playground is clean. The workers look neat and ready to go. Chick-fil-A customer service has been 100% successful for years.

This place is always busy, the fact that in the summer they have misting fans in the drive thru is awesome! My daughter loves the deluxe Chicken sandwich as do I, great service every time.
