Was pretty empty when I went today just a few people. The employees were friendly to let me know I was just waiting for the quarter pounder with cheese which tasted great since I haven't had one for a while.

I ordered my food and got it hot and fresh pretty quickly. The young man handling the drive through orders and cashiering was super nice and had a great attitude.
Came in and ordered off of the kiosk. I like to pick my number and then see what order number pops up on my receipt. Numerology need!

I am afraid to jinx myself but of all the McDonald's that I use drive-thru for, this one always gets the order correct and the folks who take the orders and work the windows are patient and helpful ☺️ thank you for a great job!!!
I like going to this McDonald's more than the one by my house . The food is always hot , they don't ever forget anything , an are much kinder here. Only con is they are a bit slower at getting the food put here but hey I'd rather have my food hot an get everything then sloppy an cold !
The boy working there named Jay is always very kind and polite. He always has a nice smile on his face and greets us which is nice to see and hear in the morning. Definitely our favorite person there he does a good job and provides amazing customer service!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is my local McDonald's. I have lived in the area 5 years. I am glad to say 95% of the time, I receive good customer service. The workers are prompt and polite for the most part, and if a worker is rude, I speak out about it. They can't improve their customer service if they don't get feedback.
Drive thru cashier was disrespectful and made me feel like I was ordering my order wrong.
