Love this place! The staff is very friendly, was treated like family. The food was delicious! I highly recommend the curry goat and oxtail. If you go on Saturdays they make something called doubles, very delicious! Get there early because sometimes they sell out. Best place for Caribbean or trinidad food in the west/southwest.
This place is a hole in the wall, not very exciting to look at. However the food is top notch, family owned and they cook themselves. Goat Curry Dhal Puri, Oxtail and Rice, Fried plantains the list is long. Their prices are great as well. You wont regret a visit to this Caribbean Restaurant.
Amazing food, I had the curry chicken plate. It is a must try. I can't wait to go back. My dad found this place and I'm so happy he did. May kids loved their food too. The portions were huge and the prices are very affordable. Friendly staff
Found this spot while searching on Google. The oxtails, Rice and Peas were very delicious. The price on their menu were very good. Definitely my go to spot for carribean food when I am visiting the Pheonix area.

Just left & so full! The best I have had in AZ! If you like variety bring some money because they have a lot of choices...I got Curry Goat plate, side of rice & peas, plantians, & a beef pie! Totally stuffed & going back on Saturday for Doubles!! If you like Trini food it's a must try!

my boyfriend and i have gone to this restaurant twice because it's right by his apartment and we will most definitely be back!! neither of us have ever had caribbean food before and this was the best way it could have been introduced to our palate! service is fabulous- we were taken care of by the same wonderful lady both times, who greeted us with a smile and had our food out within minutes! portion sizes for combination plate is incredible, the rice and peas are not dry at all and are super flavorful. i have had the oxtail and jerk chicken, both of which were so tender that we didn't even need a butterknife. the restaurant itself is very clean and has a very nice ambiance. bathrooms are employees only but they were kind enough to let me use it and it was extremely clean! overall i am super impressed and would recommend this place to anybody looking for a delicious and flavorful meal :)
Came in on a Tuesday evening. About 3 people inside(1 picking up and a couple dining in). Parking is really limited and inside place is small but do not let that deter you. Super friendly took my order and recommended the jerk chicken. 7 minutes later, maybe less, boom comes out my food on a take out plate. Fame me my napkins and fork. As soon as I opened it up my mouth watered and my eyes almost came out their sockets!! Jerk chicken, cabbage, rice and beans,and my favorite: Fried plantains! Did not disappoint. Super huge servings. Washed it all down with my Jamaican soda. Will be back for more. Only thing that bothered me(not really) is a lound fan which I know is used for this summer heat but the food made me forget about that. Super friendly people that always have a smile and treat you good. Reminds me of the way my mom cooks for us.
This is my 2nd time ordering and I am very satisfied! The food here is so fulfilling and tasty! This is the best Caribbean Restaurant I’ve had in Arizona. Large portion sizes and reasonable price ! The goat curry was my first time having it and I love it. I asked for it to be spicy and the lady gave me spicy sauce on the side and it topped everything off! 10/10. Highly recommend
The food was good I would definitely go back. Only thing they had up flags but Barbados was not one of them 😢 they won me back with the banks beer 🍺
Was out on this side of town and decided to switch up lunch and try out this place. Was a little hesitant at first cause it's a hole-in-the-wall restaurant, but some of my best food experiences have been from locations like this and this one was no different! Got the BBQ chicken and a rum drink and it was fantastic. Portions were huge and the drink was pretty strong. If you're ever in the mood for some great food and near this place definitely stop in!
Parking was a little tight, but we got a spot quickly.
Had two bites of the curry chicken and jerk chicken and yes. Just yes. Get the curry chicken, jerk chicken or brown stew. Definitely will be coming back.
Pictured...ox tail dinner = rice, beans. Plantain, and cabbage. ..also fried plantain and buss up shut.....small hidden jem of a spot. Oxtail so flavourful and authentic couldn't get enough.. both plantain were cooked perfectly soft and tender, buss up shut went well with the rice and ox tail. Love me some finger food..... this oxtail was so tender it fell off the bone. Check the pic . Can't wait to go back it is worth it. Expand your food horizon give this spot a try you will enjoy it.
P.S. don't forget the beef pattie..not pictured I was hungry...
First of all this is NOT a dine in restaurant! I went there expecting a dine in restaurant and was so disappointed. There’s no table service nor is there a bathroom in this establishment. You place your order at the counter and food is given to you in carry out containers. Tables are available for you to sit but this doesn’t constitute dine in. Also it had $ posted but $$ would be more accurate. Now on to the food. I ordered the oxtails and my hubby had the brown stewed chicken. The food was great, the plantains were 🔥. The oxtails and chicken was fall off the bone tender and very flavorful. Our food was piping hot! I would return for carry out and I could order just the plantains.

I’ve been eager to try Caribbean cuisine and decided to try this place out yesterday after seeing all the great reviews! The food was DELICIOUS! My husband and I inhaled all of our food (and we ordered a lot.) Can’t wait to go back and try more dishes!
I stumbled across this gem on google and man what a find.. This place is a small restaurant with big food flavor.. Huge portions of great tasting Caribbean food… I tried the oxtail plate with cabbage(cooked perfectly), rice and peas, a side of jerk chicken, curry chicken and I also had a chicken patty and a spicy beef patty.. I dam near fell out my seat because it was so good.. flavor everywhere, seasoned to perfection and hot and fresh.. I’ve tried just about all the others in the valley… North, South, East and West and this by far is the best… The amount of food u get for the price is by far the best… and the cherry on top was the great customer service we received… Definitely my new spot..
I love, love Caribbean food and have to try everyone's oxtail meal; if the city I'm in has a Caribbean restaurant. I got the oxtail plate and the meal was fantastic! The oxtails were on a bed of red beans and rice, with a side of cabbage, fried plantanes and potatoes! It was an amazing meal and I will definitely be back!

My people's wake up and get here the ox tail is no joke and the jerk chicken.. just the smell is to die for. My main man Lonny at Network Alignment said BRahhh! U want the best don't waste ur time.. and man oh man was he right! Get here any day, and if there not open exactly at 11am that's because their getting all that deliciousness in that food... I'm telling ya! Delicious 😋.

This mama can cook! I only had the oxtail but I'm coming for the saltfish! I love how flavorful the tails were and meaty! I ate on it for two days! A nice portion and would have ordered ginger beer except I forgot when I saw the price I was like oh I must patronize however, one meal at a time 😆

Okay so my first time here. I ordered the ox tails and my husband ordered the chicken and brown rice. We also got the Caribbean drinks from there and their in house Caribbean Rum! Now let me tell you the food is AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS and so are the drinks! The meat was fall off the bone juicy and tender seasoned well. finger licking good! The rice was so soft made right it was not dry I could taste all of the seasonings and the butter! The sides were potatoes and plantains in a sweet sauce and were cooked just right. Potatoes were not under cooked or over cooked they held their form so you knew exactly what you were eating and so were the plantains they were cooked long enough that they both had the flavor of the sauce in them but not over powering that you didn't know what you were eating. The cabbage side was equally delicious also cooked right not under or over cooked and flavored just right and juicy! Omg the rum is different but good! The atmosphere was so homey and happy I had a good time there while we waited for our food! The ladies working behind the counter were so freaking hospitable I felt like I was at home with my family. Those ladies were just so cute and friendly. My husband also said he loved the food and he's super picky, he's very hesitant to try new cuisine. I mean I had to talk him into stopping the truck 😅 lol. Good eats, I loved it! 10/10 I recommend - I will be going back for more of everything!
