Review My Corner Restaurant - Glendale

Food was delicious!! Served quick and hot. Service was attentive and friendly. The restaurant was clean. Bathrooms are a little nasty but they did have a strong smelly thing trying to help it. Other than that, this is my go to place for Pho, although I will try other items next time.

Had a nice dinner this evening. Ordered the Beef Pho and a Thai Tea. It was all good and the staff was friendly. It's small inside but the small size gives it a more cozy family style feel. The staff was very friendly and the owner asked how everything fared as we checked out.

This was our first time here. We ordered Bún Mắm and Bánh Canh Cua. We had been to San Diego, Westminister, Flushing, Houston and all over Arizona, My Corner Vietnamese Cuisine has one of the best authentic Bún Mắm and Bánh Canh Cua with real pieces of crab in the rich perfectly blended broth. We also had the Nước Sâm. It was very refreshing and not diluted like other restaurants that we had been too. The Nem here was one of the best that we had eaten. Even though we live in a different county but we are planning to come back.

Only place I’ve found locally that makes awesome banh cuon. Food is made fresh so it may take a little longer to get food. Food was delicious! Reminds me of my mom’s cooking.

Their broth is so delicious. Their boba is just fine 😄 the owner is friendly and willing to receive any feedback

Small family shop. Not vietnamese own and that's okay. Food was good. Bun bo hue and banh canh is good. Tried the mohinga and it's pretty damn good. This is my first Burmese dish and wouldn't know if it's legit or not. It's vermicelli with a thick fish broth. The thicken ingredients is toast rice grinded into a powder. This reminds me of chao or congee with fish flavor. As you can tell from the photos, I ate pretty much everything. Also, up on googling up the dish: this is consider a national dish.

Incredibly nice owners/staff. It is a small business open during a pandemic so just be a bit patient. The food is delicious! I’ve been here two times now and plan to make it a regular spot. I loved the char siu and wonton noodles bowl. Hit the spot.

One of the best Banh Cuon in town. They make fresh Banh Cuon in the house. Highly recommend Bun Mam and Pho also.

I was SO surprised when I read the negative reviews on this place. From walking in, the place was very clean and we immediately got greeted at the door. Everyone was extremely helpful on deciding what to order and the prices were very fair for the quality and amount of food received. The food was out in about 10 minutes and everything was super fresh. I got the grilled steak with peppers and rice, the meat was so tender and the flavor was stunning. Overall it was truly a great experience and now their menu is officially is attached with a magnet on my fridge, thankyou!!!

I had bun bo hue and it was delicious. Saturday night is karaoke night so if you want to eat great food and have a fun, environment to dine to then this is the place to be. The owner was very friendly and helpful. She also made our kid feel awesome. He loved the lights and playing peekaboo with everyone.

This is not our first pho rode but might just be the best! All boxes checked, delicious beefy broth, fresh Thai basil along with the other veggie suspects. Service was outstanding as well!

One of my favorite pho places. Friendly, authentic and very tasty. Also affordable, we can go more often.

Frozen food tastes better than this place. The food tasted like it was stale from last week and refried. Service was good since we were the only customers there.

Absoluetly Awful!. This is the 2nd time I have tried My Corner Chinese restaurant, locate at the Northwest Corner of 43rd Avenue and Union Hills Drive; It is nestled in the shopping center with Asiana Market. Our first time visit the food was poorly executed and we thought maybe it was a fluke due to the construction so we gave it another chance and tried them again today and here is my findings. Initially when you walk into the restaurant there is a rather strong smell of chemical cleaners in the dining room, today's smelled reminded me of that faint smell of bleach that was used to mop up a floor. Aside from the bleach scent overall the establishment seemed fairly clean. On a side note; I found it very amusing that this establishment keeps a 12 year old Arizona Republic food critic newspaper review in a frame by the cash registers for customers to see. The establishment needs to realize times have changed and awful food wont keep you in business. The lunch specials are decently price and fairly comparable to other locations, however I would reccomend you eat at another location. We ordered The Sweet and sour pork lunch special and a Pu Pu appetizer to go. The food was disgusting, the box our entree came in had a burnhole in the styrofoam box and had the appearance that to hot of food from the fryer (SS Pork) was placed in the box to quickly, The Sweet and Sour pork was so overcook and crispy it was hardly edible. Additionally the pieces that were edible had very tiny small pieces of pork maybe 1/8 inch with a 2 inch piece of breading around it. The chef could use some lessons in Chinese cooking. Our fried rice was very plain and had no egg or vegetables in the side order. Additionally, One thing we wondered after tasting the egg roll that came with the entree as well as the fried items in the appetizer is if this restaurant makes the items in back or if everything is ordered in frozen. I am fairly certain the server lied to me when she informed me it was freshly made. Freshly made eggrolls would not have a freezer burned flavor to it, additionally the eggrolls were very dough, the shrimp that came in platter was obviously a frozen shrimp, and the crab angels are just gross. As a critic, as a Chef, and as a Foodie, I absoluetly can not recommend this establishment to any individual. I Think this restaurant could be a shining star in the valley if the created everything from scratch and put some serious time and effort into the establishment and hired the right personnel.

Yuck. It was horrible!, they sent out this nice advertisement, looked really good, but the food tasted like cardboard. Even the chinese cookies were stale. The beef (if that was what it was) was gummy, gross! I'll never eat there again! What a waste

Worst Chinese yet. I know in this area with a 10-15 miles you get mostly below average in the Chinese but "My Corner" seemed like home made only threw the microwave with maybe only old and bagged foods.....gosh the food was so bad , even the rice both steamed and fried ...we only took a few bites and were hungry and tried the horrible dairy queen ice cream after wards.
