I wrote this review but was supposed to be for the Arrowhead Firehouse staff. I have eaten here and enjoyed the food.
We came in today and ordered 4 subs and garlic bread, there was a mix up and only received 3 subs and bread, when i went to ask about it Robert fixed the problem and was wonderful ab

This particular Firehouse was very busy on a Sunday afternoon. But the tables were clean and the food was good. The young lady that rang up my order was very pleasant about an issue I had with using my rewards points. She took very good care of me.
Chaotic in there I think they were shorthanded food was good but i didn’t get garlic bread for my sandwich, also I would recommend with orders of multiple sandwiches to label each. Employees hair should be in a hat or secured better than what I saw!

The Turkey with provolone. Lettuce.tomato is my fave on white..delicious bread!! My daughter got the meatball which I have tried b4 very good. Now the potato soup is the absolute best! Very creamy..right size of potatoes and the temperature isnt scorching its just perfect.
The cashier greeted me when I walked in the door and it seemed like a good place. I liked the menu and was able to order the sub without going through a lot of options and the person taking my order was friendly. They let you donate the coins rounding up to the next dollar to help firemen. They
Went for National Hot Pastrami Sandwich Day. Dining in. Had a medium New York Steamer on wheat. Upgraded to Mac & Cheese. Sandwich was tasty. Only 2 bread choices: white & wheat. M&C was a little watery and not much flavor. Sweet tea was very good. Dining room clean. Wi-Fi was speedy. I'd go back.
This location of firehouse subs were quick to make our hot subs (Hero & steak and cheese) and it came out delicious! The chicken and dumpling soup we got was watery and not like all the other times when we got it at other locations. So maybe no chicken and dumpling soup from this location lol.
I felt like the guy taking my order was yelling at me. Other than that place was clean, well stocked with chips and delicious. Was surprised to see the same guy with a very powerful voice be compassionate towards a transit that was in there to fill his water jug.
Great food. Ordered for us to pick up. No hassle actuate order.
