We arrived late around 10:00 pm tonight and it was pretty busy. Not anticipating great service because it was one server to 8 tables, but Isabel was amazing. She was working very hard and providing exceptional service for all the tables. She had a 10 top and still did great. My wife and I were very impressed.

Not super busy, and was seated within 3 min on entry. Ordered wings and hangover burger with green chiles. Was very good, fries were great. Wings were 8/10. We were asked by 4 different staff members if the food was OK and if we needed anything. Very good service. đź‘Ť

We sat in the booth closest to the kitchen entrance. Forgive for not remembering the young man's name but our server was amazing. His attitude was really inviting and his order accuracy was on point. He was informative about the policies for the specials without being pushy. The x-large "meaty beast" was delivered hot and delicious and those "golden wings" were hitting on all cylinders. (Try them all flats, fried crispy, limit 20 per table on flats). All and all we had an exceptional experience due to the quality of service and quality of the food. Did I also mention the Tuesday 69 cents wing special as well as the budget friendly drink special. A lot of locations have gone out of business but this location is still cranking out the classic pizza and wing joint vibe with above standard level food. Bring the family and give them a try.

I asked for a table by the bar, and i waited for 15 minutes. Waitresses kept walking by. I was about to slam them, but the Waitress came to me and apologized and said she thought it was someone elses table. She took care of me. So, no harm, no foul. I am easy going.

Wings were delicious as always. I just didn’t like that we had to wait about 30 minutes to be sat when over half the restaurant was empty. I wonder if they didn’t have the staff, and they also closed early.

The place was fairly empty on the bar side. The service was pretty good. Austin was very attentive. He brought us the sample of sauce so we know it's tolerable heat before we order the wings. He checked on us regularly.
The only thing I didn't like about tonight's visit and 4 star instead of 5, is because their bathroom was extremely hot and smelled really bad.

Went here for lunch. Great prices for lunch and options for lunch. We all had a version of wings boneless and bone in. We all enjoyed the food. Our waitress was very nice.

I wish they had one of these back home. Food is good and not overpriced. They have deals each day that make this place even better. They have a bar and TVs to watch games as well. I will definitely be back!!

Angelica is awesome and took care of me very well! The food came out hot and fast, my cup was never empty, TVs weren't to loud, really enjoyed eating here! Great simple menu and awesome dessert!

Absolutely the worse food i have ever had! Not only was my chicken chewy like rubber but my beer was flat and the kids mac and cheese tasted like it came out of the microwave. Not to mention the waiter only came to check on us once the entire time and no manager even came to apologize to us or check on us. Unacceptable and we will never be back. It was the location on pebble creek and McDowell. Do not evebln waste your time and money on that location.

We stayed at a hotel who had their menu in the suite so we decided to order from here. When we got our pizza it was cold and rubbery. It felt and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours, it tasted old. I called and the girl who answered was the same person who delivered the pizza. She started making excuses and blamed us saying she "waited a long time in the lobby and that's probably why it got cold." When we got the pizza from her in 5 minutes max after we got the call that she was there. She brought over another one, this one was warm. Pizza still felt old and she didn't even hand it to me or make any kind of interaction with me because she was too busy talking away with the lobby attendant. The pizza was the worst and the service wasn't any better.

We went to eat at this place, my husband my daughter with her husband and my grandchildren. I had never gone before. I found the place very good, the food excellent and the service very good. Our waitress was always aware of our table. Always outstanding on our drinks. Thank you for your excellent service. I will definitely return again.

Chicken sliders were SUPER DRY And only had a tiny bit of mayo that was dried into the bun. (Dime to nickel size spot of mayo) The beer selection fell short as well. The Native framchise as a whole has gone downhill. I don't really enjoy eating there anymore. The only thing good about the place are the wings.... but if everything else blows, there are several others places with great wings and other great selections.

If I could give .25 I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had. After waiting for over an hour for our food, the waitress gave us paper plates, yes paper plates because they didn't have any clean dishes. She even commented that the kitchen was a disaster. My first thought was eColi... no I didn't eat the food and no manager would talk with us. We waited for 15 minutes to talk with someone and didn't get acknowledged. Oh and the restaurant was over half empty with workers standing around. Do NOT go there.

The absolute worst Sunday football experience ever. Watching a game is impossible when the channels get changed constantly. Management needs to take control of the channel changers. If it wasn't for our server, I would have asked for a refund and left!

This location is a joke. First of all the manager is worthless. From the minute our server got to our table she had an attitude. She constantly ignored us and took FOREVER to do anything. I'm not usually one to complain but being that I work in customer service as a manager, I expect a little more from people working in customer service themselves. When this was brought to the managers attention he replied with "All your food/drinks were there." I'm sorry, great customer service goes beyond the food. The service was so terrible that we refused to pay any gratuity. The server responded with "I know I gave great customer service. Go ahead and take the tip off." Learn what true customer service is first and then try and tell us your server did good.

I was there with my family yesterday evening and there was a lady in there (pretty sure her name was Stephanie) she’s real tall with blonde hair and glasses and last night was acting like a manager figure it looked like... If that’s the case, you people need to look at who you’re putting in charge because I have never experienced such a loud, rude, inconsiderate person in my life. She was running around treating everyone like shit (customers and employees) I even felt bad for one waitress that she sent home. I heard her use inappropriate language several times meaning that my 7 year old son can hear her loud and clear. Is this the kind of manager you guys want? Native grill and wings needs to open their damn eyes and get shit together because you’re on the verge of never getting my business again with the loud mouth bitch I had to experience last night.

My son and I decided to stop in for dinner before a Coyotes game. Worst service ever, waited 25 minutes for food and she delivered someone else's appetizer. Then when someone else brought dinner it was wrong. They asked what we ordered and said they would go check. Finally our food came and my sandwich was made wrong, but didn't want to send it back, might take to long. Never came to check on us to see if we needed refills or another beer. Will never go back again until new management takes over. Never used to be like that.
