Got a softitos bowl, they charge now for a salad dressing, very disappointed 😞 they said I didn't get a salad, there's not much difference between a bowl and a salad

My son and I are inside here. The food was really good. Their guacamole was very good and enjoyed the music variety on their sound system. But today (10/12) I purchased food to go, and my son loved his food, but mine was too spicy, and I didn't ask for hot peppers or spice. Please ask the customer if they want their food mild or spicy!!!! Now he will be eating my food as well as his.

I enjoy dining here. It’s close, clean, and tastes great. I would say they need to improve on customer service though. The lady that’s usually on the register (older woman with glasses) is beyond careless. She’s always rushing and doesn’t let you finish your sentence. I ordered online and they had moved the take out counter so I was waiting for her to ask where I need to get my food and she just kept ignoring me.

I used to go to there often while living in the area. Usually, I ordered online and went and pick it up. The employees were really helpful, my daughter was a little baby then and in one occasion I ordered online and couldn’t drive there right away because the baby got fussy, and I ended up showing in the restaurant way after an hour and half of the order, and when I got there, even though they made the order on time, they remade the burrito for me and gave me a fresh one. They didn’t have to do it, and I appreciated it. I remember from the crew Teresa, she was always very kind. One suggestion, I would say and it seems for all the Chipotles, they should add changing tables for babies at least in the ladies restrooms.
