Visited this place on a Friday night and it was absolutely packed. The service was very good, and the staff apologized multiple times for the longer than usual kitchen wait times. (Which was honestly not that long). I shared some chips and guacamole with my partner. I then had the steak burrito combination dinner. The food was good, but I have had better. But by all means I enjoyed what I had. I had my burrito with a few cups of Diet Pepsi. The atmosphere seemed nice but we got seats right by the door since that was the only open seating. I recommend this place if you’re in the area.
Great food, service and atmosphere. Our waiter was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable of the menu, particularly gluten free items. Very enjoyable.
IWe have been coming to Santa Fe for 23 years! We love this place for so many reasons. The food is fantastic and most of all the staff and family who owns Santa Fe makes us feel so at home. Also, best Margaritas in the world!

I've enjoyed Santa Fe since waaaaay back when, when it was on Crescent. I haven't been there since Covid began, but it was a nice evening, and I saw they had a nice outdoor seating area earlier this week. They have room for maybe 12 tables outside. Despite nearby construction, they really made it pretty with flowers and potted plants. The large, colorful Frida Kahlo quote adds a lot of flavor to the patio. I came by about 5:15, and it was fairly empty- a few people inside, 2 tables full outside. We were seated right away, it took the waiter 60 seconds to bring our drinks. They have QR codes to scan for the menu, I'm attaching one side of a physical menu in the pictures (the other side was too blurry to read, sorry!) I got the enchaladas Mexicanas with 2 chicken, 1 beef. It was really good! Different from the regular enchaladas (the sauce is dark and not sweet) but excellent. I'll order again. Payment was done with a portable credit card reader. All staff wore masks. I'm sure I will be back!

When you walk in and everyone knows your name… Sante Fe is Glen Ellyn, part of the history and they have served generations of families in this town. Don’t be fooled by the casual welcoming environment - they can create high end dinners, special meals for dietary needs and margaritas for every day of the week. The regulars know, you should too!

The food was delicious, I personally had one of the best tamales in my life, they have a great selection, our 6 year old was even able to order a hamburger! And the staff is so sweet! They whenever we needed and were ready to help. It's a beautiful building and they decorated beautifully especially for the holidays! We loved this place 10/10 recommend!!
Love the atmosphere, very cozy and warm. Love the painting on the wall that looks as if you’re looking out a window. The food is very simple but done right. Fresh and tasty. Could use a bit more seasoning on the meat but if that’s the worst of it then not so bad. I’d definitely come back to try out more of the menu. First impressions are always the most important and they got my vote. Service was pretty good, I’ve had much worse in the past. Overall there’s lots of room to grow and improve upon! I can’t wait to see how it goes!
I had chicken nachos and Chicken taco salad. Those were the BEST nachos I have ever eaten. The chicken in the taco salad was a little dry but there was plenty of it. Will definitely go back again.

Santa Fe is an excellent lunch spot. We were seated immediately and our servers were wonderfully attentive. We had the Cadillac margaritas, nachos, and entree combos. We were absolutely satisfied.
