Visited this establishment recently with my twins for a late birthday breakfast. The staff, and I mean the entire staff, from the greeter to the cook, to the waitress, to the gentleman who clears the tables had excellent customer services. Friendly, talkative...completely on their game. Usually it understandable to get great food and good service but great food and great service was our experience. I have NEVER completed a review for a restaurant so I do hope this finds the people who deserve the credit. I believe our waitress was Tabitha, absolutely amazing. She was patient, predicted refills before needing to be asked. The cook had to bring an additional item out to our table when he had finished cooking it-1 that shows service to keep customers satisfied with temperature of food-2 he was a very professional gentleman. I was impressed. With the food industry being slammed so much from customers these people showed true customer service. I visited this restaurant a couple months ago and I believe some management changes have occurred or something has happened, not that it was horrible because it wasn't, but this was exceptional. Honorable mention to the gentleman clearing tables - very personable as well as the hostess cashing people out and seating them-just great!
Our food order came out hot and fresh. Our service was excellent. Our server was attentive, but not too much so. She also told us about events happening in the area that we could take advantage of after dinner. Very pleasant experience.
The restaurant does need new carpet or a good cleaning - otherwise the dining room was clean and attended to.
What a great experience. The staff here is very friendly and kind. The food was awesome and prepared the way we requested. Our server Lisa was great and the cook tonight was Ashley. They were working hard but still kidding around with each other. It made for a very pleasant experience. We will definitely be back. : )
Food was fantastic but there was a long wait. The staff kept us well informed of this and were extremely friendly and courteous. The people next to us unfortunately waited an hour and a half and should have been served before us. The restaurant was extremely understaffed and trying their best. It's still a great place to eat but could use updated flooring!
I visited your restaurant last week and I had a great time! The waiters and waitresses were very committed to giving great service and were very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome and I definitely enjoyed my food! The GM was very delightful as well. Go check them out great place and friendly environment!
We were passing through on a family vacation and decided to stop here for some breakfast. I must say, from the hostess to our server and the food, everything was amazing!! We would definitely stop here again if we ever come back up this way. Great service!
