I went in to place a togo order. The hostess were friendly and helpful. They directed me to the bar to place my order. I had 6 servers walk past without acknowledging me or asking if I need any help. There was server that was very kind and helpful. If memory serves me right. Her name was Laurie. I

Medium rare steak was over cooked but we enjoyed our dinner. Waitress had bday and was great. Manager friendly. Cost average.

Food was great and the service was exceptional. The Edwardsville location is far better then other locations I have visited.

It was just ok. Limited menu. Very pricy!!! Our waitress was nice and pleasant and gave me and my daughter great service. Not sure I would go back though.

I really enjoyed my little moment of self care. I hadn't stepped foot into an Applebee's restaurant in years and I was really surprised to find a freshly updated menu with some choices you wouldn't expect coming out of Applebee's. Ordered the lemon chicken, Caesar salad and steamed broccoli through DoorDash. The food arrived hot and it looked very good. It tastes great as well, I really enjoyed the chicken dish.

The food was very good, the service was good but pretty slow. It appeared they were running short of staff and were trying their best to keep things moving along. Overall, it was a good experience.
