I went to the mcdonalds drive thru at Westpark shopping center and ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches with lettuce and tomato. I had to repeat my order 3 times. When I checked my order one of the sandwiches didn't have any tomato on it. I sent it back thru the window and a worker insisted there was tomato. When I got home and checked again there was yellow tomato on one, none on the other, and for some reason ketchup on both. I won't even mention what they consider lettuce, just take a look at the pictures.

Went through drive through ordered a kids meal seems like cashier was bothered I was on the phone. I noticed that so I spoke to her and was very nice even recognized her because she seemed happy. She responds “oh always” I replied “oh good glad to hear”
I get my food from this very kind lady. I drive away open the 4 piece nugget container for my kid and noticed it was filled with pickles. How funny they must have thought, right? But what this says is that you CAN’T TRUST this location with handling your food. I went in and they gave me actual chicken nuggets. No real Sincere apology.This is why I’m doing this review I have a 3 year old and this take time but I was beyond taken back that they would even mess with Children’s food. After this happened to me I read this locations reviews and load and behold I find similar experiences.
I warn you STAY AWAY continue driving up the street to the next McDonald’s

The girl working the second window with the dark hair where they hand you your food has such a nasty attitude. I asked for ranch, and at first she just ignores me and then I sit there for a second and she looks up at me with this nasty face and is just staring at me like “what” then I ask for ranch please a second time, and she just rolls her eyes and gives me a death stare for asking for ranch…? She goes, “when you order your food you need to ask for that.”
Oh I’m so sorry. Didn’t see those instructions written anywhere. Maybe politely tell me that? Sorry for inconveniencing you at work! I’ll go to a different location.

After waiting over 30 minutes for cold food, I took an undelightful sip on what was supposed to be a Dr Pepper but turned out to be a Coke. The drive thru line didn’t budge so I decided to take the cup inside to switch sodas. Finding the lobby closed I was conflicted on making my food colder while waiting in the drive thru line so McDonald’s could fix the mistake that THEY made. I decided to wave at the employees inside in hopes of being assisted. I was lucky that one of the employees saw me as he assisted me quickly. Once the manager saw that he was helping me she irritably and rudely addressed both the employee and me, the customer. This disgruntled lady had no reason whatsoever to be upset with her employee assisting a customer WITH HER MISTAKE. As management the mistake happened under her supervision. This should be a moment for her to make it right to me, the client. This woman should not be in a managerial role, let alone have an occupation on this planet. This was by far the worst person I’ve dealt with in the food industry and her nightmare of a face is emblazoned next to the McDonald’s logo for the rest of my life. I only desire that the corporate team reads this review so that she can be dealt with in the manner that she deserves. Treating customers like animals should not be a business motto, but I guess McDonalds has different expectations. Thank you for my cold food and for letting me watch a useless manager chastise an empathetic employee.

Went through the drive-thru for some soda and some spicy chicken nuggets. The woman who handed us our food didn’t even speak to us. The chicken nuggets tasted and felt like they were cooked hours ago. Cold and chewy, all around bad experience.

Staff was helpful in navigating new menu options. I haven't been to McDonald's, outside of getting a McRib, in a few years. They were polite in fixing my friend's order. She always orders a Big Mac, no meat. They originally gave her a Big Mac, no bun. Everyone had a good laugh and it was business as usual. Clean place, napkins stocked, drink machines full.

Very disappointed. Mcdonalds has plummeted in the last 15 years. I ordered twice because the first time you forgot my kids meal and sauces. So I got re- embursed from Uber eats. Then I attempted to order the kids meal again.
Items still got left out. This is ridiculous. I understand you work a fast pace. But forgetting things from multiple different orders?
This isn't the first day this has happened. Very frustrating. You have lost our business. Please do better.

It’s a McDonalds so don’t expect the highest quality. The staff there are funny and nice. Food was made to order and was about what I’d expect from a McDonalds order.
