Firehouse Subs

When I went inside the lady who was making the sandwiches was rude. Then I went to the cashier and her customer service was slightly better. Then later around when my food was almost ready a man came on the sandwich line and his demeanor wasn’t much better. I got my sandwich after praying immensely while they made it because they just didn’t seem on the up and up AT ALL… Then, when I got home I bit into my sandwich to find a rubber band in it… I’m sure others had great experiences but this was horrible… You can’t make this ish up smh & it’s embarrassing because I’m black and they’re black. PLEASE show love y’all even if it gets stressful… I know it’s called fast food, but customers deserve great service and fast food not just fast food. PLEASE WATCH THEM MAKE Y’ALL FOOD for all of those who are tall, and shorties get someone tall to watch them make your food for you. This would be no stars if this wasn’t free and if they hadn’t at least attempted to try a little harder in customer service towards the end..

Staff were fun to talk to as customers hadn’t really started coming in for dinner yet. They made my food quickly and it was delicious. I had the steak sub and my girlfriend had the brisket sub. I’d recommend the steak over the brisket because there was too much sauce on the brisket sub to taste the brisket.

Ordered lunch for an office meeting and everything was great! All of our special requests were met, the staff was super sweet and it was ready right on time. When I went to pick it up the store looked super clean and it only took a couple minutes to get checked out and back on the road. We will definitely be ordering lunch from here again!
