Terrible experience, should do better. Ordered a Grand Big Mac which should come with two beef patties. I requested that just ONE of the patties be removed. Despite the tables being heavily laden with the remnants of earlier meals staff found time to stand around - for extended periods of time - chatting with their family. That this happens is a management failing.

McDonalds. It is a human right to have access to a toilet. Blocking off your main toilets and only having 2 disabled toilets, one of which is locked right now is unacceptable. This place currently has over 100 people dining and you’re making people wait because you’ve closed upstairs? For what?

The order screens weren't working properly - didn't give you a receipt or allow you to pay by card. The screen that shows the status of orders wasn't working either. Waited 35 minutes just for my order number to be called out and it to be a completely different order for someone else. Won't be using

Shocking service. Waited 35 minutes just for 2 drinks. That's right thirty five minutes for 2 drinks the staff couldn't be anymore unhelpful. I would give no stars if I could.

Absolute disgrace ! 30 min in qeue!. Slow adolescent staff with "I dont care" written on their faces, constantly scrutching nose AND serving food!!! Dirty toilets,spilled juice on the floor, rubbish on the kitchen floor .will not go back 🤢

Worst McDonalds . Tables and toilets never been cleaned. Toilets are not allowed to use if they are not happy. They can chase you downstairs when you are still eating. It is a true shame of Glasgow.
