Mario's Mexican Restaurant

Second time we've ate here. The wait was on a Friday night so I'll give them somewhat of a pass on that since they were busy. Lately in Gladwin at least, I'm becoming accustomed to hearing menu items aren't available. Supply issues are definitely happening in the age we live.. After 45 minutes and ordering the special to make it easy on them, we received our food. The waitstaff was filling our waters and chip basket through the whole wait. When the food did come to the table it looked good, was hot and we had enough left to take home for another meal. So portion size was more then adequate. I would liked to see a little more melted real cheese on the burrito and not so much nacho type cheese. The help they had was doing their job in the front of the house. My observances were that they likely needed some extra help in the back to move things along. We will return when we have time to kill.
