Little Caesars

Place has been going downhill. They are very busy and they don't pay their employees enough so they never have enough help. As a result food quality is going downhill pretty fast. I had never ordered a pizza from anywhere that looked like this period there was a giant 4" squared hole in it. I'm not going to deal with bad customer service so I'm not going to try to get a refund. I'll just go to Pizza Hut next time

Half the time they won't answer the phone, i always call ahead and order fresh because i don't like the hot and ready. If i go in and order fresh they seem to get irritated about it. I called and got put on hold i was on the way there already so i sat there and watched. The lobby cleared of all customers and they all went into the back never picking up the phone again. I come to this place regularly and the customer service just keeps going further downhill. I left and probably won't go back.

This place is NEVER READY!! They quote you 11 minutes for a pizza that was ordered ahead of time to avoid the line like their menu board says and to top it off a single pass through that oven is timed at 5 minutes. Then you stand there and talk to the person who was there ahead of you and find out that the second time he enters the store to find out if his pizza is ready.. Its not. He was told another 5 minutes on a cheese pizza. He said he was done and walked away. I then watched an employee, whom none of are wearing a hat, with sunglasses upside down on the back of his head go and change stickers on all the ICBs then take one to the back, where him and multiple other employees are standing around eating. Im pretty sure you are not allowed to have a back door propped open at a restaurant without a screen according to the health department not to mention employees blowing smoke or vape into the door with a fan assisting in the outside air coming in. Lastly 5 pizza now cost 7.. 40% increase.. Sad.. No other fast food establishment has gouged for inflation so hard. Wish this was a corporate owned store. New franchise losing grip on the reality of their investment and need to find a real manager to run that place.

Place is going down hill. It’s ran by kids that have no idea what there doing. They sit at the side door smoking and vaping. The last two times I ordered I had to wait lab additional 30 minutes if not longer after my order should have been ready. It’s a hit and miss if it’s gonna be good or your breadsticks flat
