Mcdonald's

Went inside for lunch today it was empty only person there I was planning to sit inside however every table was visibly dirty looked around more to see not one person was wearing gloves. the female day manager was very disrespectful to customers also was not wearing gloves after touching her phone , hair , face and several other items before touching food or getting fries. Needs better management and cleaner workers. Worst customer service.

We ordered the Big Mac and no Patties. His excuse was he has 2 new hire but as a manager don’t you train them properly and check make sure it’s right because I had to go back and also We Ordered Filet o Fish and sauce was all over the box. Isn’t Order should be right and appetizing? So it will be worth the money.

1st we attempted to wait 20 minutes in the drive-through that didnt move. Then, I decided to go in and get my daughter a chicken nugget happy meal with a drink and a mcfluflurry. The manager was clearly flustered. He yells as he ran to the door "how are people getting unto the restaurant!!!" As he removed the yellow cinema that propped the door open.a group of about 4 young male employees preceeded to all return from break at the same time. Then they after waiting another 20 minutes the manager asks what we were waiting on and handed my daughters happy meal to some man who almost took her meal. We finally get her meal but her drink and mcfkurry was missing so 10minutes later another employee hands us the wrong mcflurry that belonged to another customer. I told him she wanted an oreo mcflurry. He said "that's not what's on the receipt" I said "yes its clearly printed here on the reciept". He saw that I was right but why every even question a customer in the first place and why would one lie about a simple flavor of dessert? Needless to say we shouldn't have went there the whole trip was shouldn't have went that was and I told my daughter this is why we don't go to McDonalds this was the first time in a very long time. Horrible experience, terrible management skills and we won't be back!

The McDonald's on North Oak traffic way was very disappointing. Went through the drive-thru, they told us to wait and they'll bring out our food. The guy right out the food will walk right past my car. I had to go inside the building to grab my order, come to find out I had to make them redo it because the guy gave my order to somebody else.

Heavily dissapointed in this store firstly if your gonna promote something and i order it i want what i order not 2 seperate items. Your gonna advertise these menu hack sandwiches then not prepare them if i was gonna go this route could of saved a dollar and got a cheaper sandwich. I called to try to fix this and was immediately told its a rule for them not to prep it. Laziness is what it is save your time and money ill tell you how little effort went into my meal. Cold meat dry nuggets ( from being stored to long in a heating tray. ) ill be going higher up for my refund. Have a good day.
