I’ve waited for 45 minutes here at this place! Can’t believe it, just for fries? I taught it was fast food, and since Gillette is little we got no other options? Please please please, I urge you to care for our community! Make it better, or put more employees to work for this time! Please somebody!

Honestly I have to say that was the worse experience I’ve ever had at Gillette McDonald’s. And we understand places are short staffed but when the staff tells us that it will be a moment and we understand that doesn’t mean exactly a minute but our total wait time was 45 and 15 of that was at mic to order. And we were told to stop honking which were the cars behind us and were told to stop talking when we just asking a question if they knew how much longer it may be.

Absolute trashiest place to eat. The food quality is trash. The service is trash. They take the phone off the hook at about 5 pm and leave it off the hook all night long. Doordashers avoid McDonald's once the kids baby has closed not worth a couple dollars to sit at McDonald's for an hour just to get a bad review because McDonald's gave you old nasty food. Anywhere is better than McDonald's.

This McDonald's is a freaking joke!! Wanted to take kids so they can play in the play place but nope they was close which ok whatever. Got over that pretty quick But then the fries was ice cold my daughter had 6 fries in her fry bag. All the food was ice cold. You can here the employees yelling and screaming and cussing. And carrying on.. which hey I get it have fun at work I use to love to have fun at work but come on when you have customers don't be cussing my kids can hear you!!! I told one of the employees about the fries and he rolled his eyes at me.. I was not trying to be a Karen or anything I was just letting him know but when he rolled his eyes at me I literally wanted to throw all the food away and go somewhere else!!! Will not be coming back ever!!

Went in to order, and well no one came to the front and just ignored me. I watched a argument between two employees with him telling her she sucked at her job. Walked out due to know wanted to take my order. This McDonald's is in need of serious customer service... get it together

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Drive through wait is consistently 30 to 45 minutes. Employees and managers don't care about the long waits and refuse to correct the issue. Don't eat here.

I guess the breakfast value meals don’t come with hash browns any more. At least that’s the impression I got when the lady rolled her eyes at me when I asked where they are. I haven’t had an order correctly done in years.

Disgusting and slow. We waited an extremely long time for nuggets and fries in the drive-through. When we got to the fron, there was a girl playing with her hair. She took it in and out of the ponytail teice and was flipping it and combing it with her fingers. There was food all around. I did point it out to the women that handed us our food and she turned around and mocked me to the employees. Oh... and the food was ic cold. 😡🤢🤮

I live a one minute drive from this McDonald's location. The wait time in the drive through is always ridiculous long and I mean loooong. It is so bad that I can actually jump on the freeway and go to the other side of town, to the other McDonald's. I can get my order and come back and the line still hasn't hardly moved at all at this location. I haven't been here at this location in a long time because of this. I went today only to wait (not surprised). I get home to cold food and a cold half a cup of a small cappuccino.

Probably sounds silly but every time I go there the shake machine is "broken". We don't go often and that's usually why, a treat for my kiddos. Usually the lobby is dirty and unkempt, the bathrooms are atrocious (smell) and the younger staff is usually very rude.

The person who took the order stumbled and had a hard time as I ordered a McMuffin meal and had asked me what I want my coffee twice. I waited behind a red car for about 10 minutes not knowing what was going on and couldn’t get out of course, then when I went to the window the guy was taking orders and ignoring me so I just handed in the money and drove to the next window. There were no napkins in my bag. The potato tasted moldy. I went to McDonald’s on West side and got new potatoes

Went through the drive through last night lickety split, pleasantly surprised. I ordered the #7, fish filet combo. Got home with my food, checked out my fish sandwich, and it looked awful! Dark brown, looked to be DAYS old. I broke it apart to see what the inside looked like. Gray. Pretty much just gray. I wish I could post a picture of it. Yes, I took a picture & sent it to McDonalds on Twitter. Tried to find their Facebook page to post it there. No response yet. It was GROSS. The fries were fresh, though. Their one saving grace.

45 min to order 2 large Carmel frappe only to be handed 2 small barely full cups, when we complained she said we could reorder and wait another half hour for them. So frustrating. Drive another mile up the road, they have great service and no waiting.

I have never been so disappointed in humanity as when I visited this McDonalds location waited over an hour and when I asked for compensation (a little something I don't even care what) I was told to leave so I left empty handed after waiting now to me it would make more sense to not throw away the food I ordered and to give me a 10% discount on my 17$ order for wasting my time but apparently the 1.70$ is more important then having a happy customer but I guess instead of "making it right" they feel they shouldn't even offer so much as a sorry for my inconvenience and wasted time... I'm just saying they already lost enough business from the others there that left why would any company rather loose more business then offer so much as an apology for wasting my time and making me feel as their company views me as worthless

12 min in drive thru (national average for McD's is 3min 30 sec) then the burger has a hard crunchy bun...Going to call Corp. on this
