Domino's Pizza

Wish I could give this location a zero rating!! Horrible customer service!! After waiting an hour for my order to even be delivered I called and was told it was sitting under the heat lamp for the past 40 minutes!!! Who wants soggy pizza? My sister in-law called to make a order and they told her it would be two hours and so she canceled. They called her back telling her to never place an order with them again! Absolutely rude! They will never get our business ever again! Horrible customer service

Incredibly poor customer service which is astounding in this age of COVID 19. If you want a pizza anytime soon this is not the store to contact. If you call to speak to someone about the lack of timeliness (we called an hour after ordering and the pizza hadn't left the store yet) expect to be put on indefinite hold and don't bother asking to speak to a manager, you'll never get to talk to one. I think we'll stick to frozen pizzas from now on, even if I have to run to the store and back and preheat the oven and then cook them it would be quicker.

The button you use to pass the line and get your order is USELESS. Still had to wait in line and then had to wait for the cashier to complete finding my order. I Do Not blame the lower level employees, I blame MANAGEMENT, because as with any business this is who sets standards and expectations which are obviously not being met at this location. Any comparable competition in the area would wipe this place out. Not my first bad experience here.
