The farmhouse restaurant is a perfect spot for breakfast. Small, friendly service and good food. The was one huuuuuuge Cinnamon bun and so good but the chocolate chip pancakes were even better. Super cute little breakfast/lunch spot in downtown Gilbert. Arrived with a party of 3 around 8:45am on a Sunday and was seated right away. Very cozy and cute decor. Food was great and so was the service - super happy with our experience!

This is a delightful little place in the heart of downtown Gilbert, Arizona. The highlight of the meal was a huge cinnamon roll that dripped with icing. We loved that! The oatmeal was perfect and the presentation looked like it came from a magazine. My friend loved the huge omelet she had.
