The food was amazing and the service was even better. I made a late reservation on a Sunday night for only 3 people and both the cook and the waitstaff stayed late to accommodate a special occasion. The recommendations and selections were perfect. I can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was. From the outside, the place looks tiny, but the inside is perfectly classy and surprisingly large. If you're looking for a unique (and absolutely delightful) experience in Gig Harbor, check this place out, you don't want to miss it.

Really a nice dinner, the staff are warm and genuine. The comfort food was probably salty but I Relish that. With tip and drinks it was almost $200 so I can't go there often but I love it when I do. Thanks for a great Anniversary card thoughtfully placed at our table, and the free desert.

From the food to the staff to the cozy atmosphere this is 5 stars all of the way! Wine selection was great. Every dish was a perfect blend of flavor, presentation and portion. I don't give 5 stars this is the exception!

The service was pretty decent, and the wine was excellent. Unfortunately, the food was a little heavy. Too much salt and a bit greasy for my tastes. The goat cheese appetizer came with a fried bread, but would have been better with just plain bread since it overwhelmed the cheese. The salmon was overcooked, while the scallops were undercooked. The fall salad was delicious, but the grilled Caesar salad was way too smoky.
The desserts looked interesting, but we were feeling a little too heavy from the mains, so we chose not to chance it.
I'm hoping it was an anomaly, but I don't plan to go back to find out.

My wife and I, and friends who dine with us here on occasion, are NEVER disappointed. The creativity of the menu, inviting intimate atmosphere and incredible customer service have made us long term patrons. Keep of the good work.

To JW's and staff, I invited 6 of my good friends to join me at JE's all of them left very pleased with the experience. Garrett (spelling??) was an excellent and efficient host to us. This is my third dinner there and knowing my male friend were very picky about restaurants I felt comfortable in setting up our dinner there and was rewarded with a "good choice" from them all. So thanks to you all especially the chefs for a fine evening that started well and ended even better. Great food, great service and a fine addition to cuisine in the Harbor.

Wow, don't come here if you are younger than 21. Not because they are a bar, no it is because they do not want anyone younger than 21 in their restaurant. They tell you this little fact when you walk in. The restaurant was empty and hostess decided that they did not want to serve dinner to me and my family. So disappointing. Maybe they should post "No Kids Allowed" on the front door. We will not be back. We are now enjoying a very wonderful dinner at Anthony's.

Delicious combinations of flavors in appetizers and entrees. Lived up to and actually surpassed my expectations.
