Stop #5 on our Summer Pizza Tour 2022...and quite a bit of distance from our usual stops...Antica Napoli Pizza in Gettysburg, PA. Now, I've been to Gettysburg MANY times over the years, have been to the suggested pizza places and have never found decent NY style pizza here...until today. We got a medium 14" pie, half pepperoni/half plain. Their pizza was VERY good. High quality ingredients...cheese, sauce, crust... everything. Pepperoni was good and spicy. Very friendly service as well.
I wish this place was around when my wife attended Gettysburg College years ago! Definitely happy we gave it a shot.
Great pizza and great mozzarella sticks. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Very, very cheesey. Fairly expensive for the quality.
Should have tried this place sooner! You can tell when food is made with passion, love and experience... and Antica Napoli's owner has all these fine qualities. Can't wait to try more items and enjoy the awesome customer service again soon. (Also, their parking lot is such a nice perk in Gettysburg)
I haven't found a better pizza in the county. Absolutely delicious with a generous amount of toppings. Sauce was tasty and the crust was perfect. If you want a great pizza go here now!
Okay at 1st glance wasn't expecting much. But it was surprisingly tasty. Enjoyed the slices very much. Very traditional tasting. Their mozzarella sticks and sauce was okay, still not that sure. Might need a 2nd try, certainly not bad just different. Would definitely order pizza from here. Delivery to the hotel was a major plus.
Good pizza at a good price. Will have to try the subs and other dishes at another time. Edit: I have eaten at every pizza restaurant in my area and Antica is in my top 5. Do yourself a favor and when in Gettysburg go here and skip the tourist joint.
