Buffalo Wild Wings

I don't know how this place still has customers. Short staff was not an excuse, as we don't mind waiting extra long (almost 40 minutes for the food). We were visiting and having a good time anyway... The food: The fries were well overcooked and looked old. I can't understand how a "chef" or waitress could bare to set in a plate or the table. I was actually embarrassed 🤣. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich, I thought I was on a prank show for a few minutes... No one came to claim it was a joke.. The sandwich was cold and watery with hot sauce. The meat was very limited as a kids meal would be more fitting. I couldn't eat it, and I did ask if it was supposed to be served hot temperature-wise. I did order a different item off the menu because I never wanted to see that sandwich again. I ordered a burger and it was so hot when it came out, thanks! I must say, it was extremely overcooked, almost black, and I couldn't eat it either.. see photo.. Drinks were hard to refill here, even though there were not so many customers. I'm hungry, and hangry. The menu is QR code scanned and prices vary on location. The bill was $79 with one soda, three 10 piece wings, burger with a side and a fry.

Even though short staffed our waitress was friendly timed everything correctly so the appetizers didn't come out with entree. My only complaint was that I ordered a classic mojito and it is the worst I've ever had for $8 it should have had some alcohol in it. Other than that food came out warm and prompt and everything tasted good.

Apparently this is a salad, some lettuce and one piece of chicken, I gave them 2 emails to make it right , they offered $8.00 towards an appetizer.. So many choices now out there with better food and pricing. Its one thing to make a mistake, but not to correct it for a client the next time? Just Sad. Oh and hey bw , I already filled out your form. You guys didn't make it right. So don't auto reply to me , unacceptable. You guys really don't care, cheers to being the next restaurant that goes under.

The only reason it's 2 stars is because the manager did a good job addressing the issue. Did an online order set to pick up at 630. Got there a few minutes late due to issues at McDonald's for my son's food. The take out clerk looked through the warming ovens and didn't see it. Fine they're running behind. They were slammed and must have been short kitchen staffed. Manager was running around doing a lot also fine. The hostess however was most likely high not checking on my food or even going back and picking up food and checking. Manager comes out with like 10 orders asks what my order was and finds it in the warming oven an hour after. Thankfully food tasted fine but I would have fired her on the spot if I found that order that quickly

Worst fries I've ever had! I haven't been here for a while but their fries were never this bad. Ordered for a group which cost us over 200 dollars and we all had fried looking like this, stale, dry, hard to crew, and taste like old fries from the day before or over cooked. Never will I ever come back for fries here but chicken still good so DONT BUY THEIR WING BUNDLE HERE BECAUSE YOU'LL END UP LIKE ME AND MY CREW WITH DISAPPOINTMENT.

Paid $30 for 3 of these so called "LARGE" onion rings. (Almost $1 per onion ring.) Each large order looks just like the picture I uploaded. Missing the entire order of 30 wings. Before leaving, I asked them if this was the complete order and they said "yes". Didn't know until we got home to find this. Called and called, no one picks up and the automated system just hangs up. Now we're stuck with no dinner and out almost $100. The only thing they they got right was the 4 cheese cakes.

wish i could give zero stars. staff was terribly rude. could not sit more than 6 people, and claimed that they were not accepting any more customers at that time. there were maybe 5 people eating there at the time. two people walked in after us and were seated although they told us nobody else was being seated. glad we did not eat here though, as the photos of the food in other reviews looked absolutely horrendous. manager was very unprofessional. save yourself the time and eat somewhere else.
