GREAT Local Eatery. Have not tried the Brisket but have heard it is fantastic. The Meats/Bread are ALWAYS Fresh, and every sandwich has that fresh crispness, including the lettuce and tomatoes. It is a must eat when in the area. A whole sandwich will set you back $12.99 with chips. Sandwich is easily eatable for 2!

I love sandwiches and am always on the lookout for good places. I was pleasantly surprised when I found this place on a random google search. The food is really good. I had the spicy roast beef. I liked the different take on the roast beef sandwich. My wife had the brisket sandwich and really enjoyed it. Service was okay, but the owner coming by and chatting with us made up for it. I will be eating here more now that I know about them.

This place is so good, the vibe is perfect, and the food is top notch.

Saw good reviews so my family went in to try it. Got the meat ball sandwich, turkey sandwich, and chicken salad. I never had a meatball sandwich without the meatballs being that warm or cheese not melted. Bread should’ve at least been warmed up but it was sorta stale. Meatballs were just meh.

I worked with Charles at Vanelli's Deli for a large (160 orders) catering order for an event in Germantown. Charles was extremely responsive throughout the process and accommodated several different dietary restrictions. Charles arrived on time with the order and several attendees noted how delicious the sandwich boxes and salads were. Subs are awesome! The mayo they have is the best I've ever had! We'll be back! Update: I said we would be back and we did, second time was even better, the bread was so fresh and everything tasted amazing. People there are very friendly and give you suggestions, the mayo is finger licking good!

My experience at Vanelli's was near perfect as far as customer appreciation goes. The owner came out and met me. The employees were all friendly and helpful. It was very much like a small town deli. The 12" sandwiches were 11.99. It fed two people, easily. There was plenty of meat, though it was a little too salty for me. I loved the cheese. Probably more mayo would have help to cut the saltiness. The sandwich was served with chips. Softdrinks and tea were available with the "Subway ice."

I normally don’t do reviews but I just could not let this slide. I ordered the ami sandwich. I saw good reviews on this place for good Italian sandwiches. Went on my lunch break the people were nice. But the food just wasn’t the bread was hard and too thick. The meat tasted old and not fresh. The toppings weren’t fresh. The people preparing the food didn’t have not one mask on during a covid surge. Needless to say I won’t be back. I had to throw my lunch away!
