This review is for Soul Fish Café catering service. I write it here because I believe the catering service is based out of this location.I had an employee luncheon catered for 50 people. The menu consisted of fried catfish, smoked chicken quarters, hush puppies, fries, cole slaw, pickled green tomatoes with sweet and unsweet tea.. Every thing was cooked fresh on site and was prepared and presented perfectly. The smoked chicken is cooked in house and delivered fresh, warm and very tasty.I did not hear a single complaint from any diner. Only praise and approval.Their catering menu offers many options so you don't have to stick with the menu we chose.Jessie, the catering manager, was very helpful in planning the event and the staff she brought with her were very friendly and efficient.Pricing is very reasonable especially considering the ample amount of food received.If you are planning an event I highly recommend you contact Jessie at Soul Fish Café!
Too many sides. That's the only problem- how do you choose!? I settled on the mac and cheese- awesome with my blackened catfish. Reasonably priced, casual but "nice"- highly recommend!

DELISH. Do yourself a favor and try their fried green tomatoes and fried pickles. Their catfish is the BEST too.
Who let the salt out. Cook spilled the salt shaker in the food. Everything was salty. Going home to get a glass of water. Previous visit was excellent. Will try again but concerned about food quality. Service excellent for informal dining
Ambience wasn't all that great but BUT clean and good customer service and food was Yummy especially the cabbage ! ....two thumbs up !
Good food--a bit over priced--great service. Took my daughter to lunch there. We enjoyed the fish and chips and the salads. The price was a bit high for fish and chips, but the service was great. I left a 30% tip. Good service makes up for any little inconsistency.
Amazing food, amazing service. Gave a 20% tip because of how impressed I was. I would go back again. I had the Catfish PoBoy. All of the poboys are fantastic. With a place this good I doubt any of the items on the menu are bad. 10/10 for sure

Likes It. If you like fried catfish and hushpuppies then this is the place to go. They also have several good vegetable side dishs along with a grilled/smoked half a chicken which was good.
The best catfish & shrimp lightly breaded. Cucumber Salad needs more vinegar & onions! The most exquisite homemade Strawberry Cake. I savored every bite. Cool, fun atmosphere. Friendly waitress. Excellent value. We're from KS, no trouble finding location. Wish ODP: Olympic Dev. Soccer lasted longer. We'd be here daily to try everything on the menu. Highly recommend.
On vacation from Louisiana and I was very pleased with the service to the food. The waitress stayed on her toes and checked on us consistently. The food came out good and hot. Would definitely go again if I'm in the area again
Great meal and service. Patio was full so sat inside, very glad to see they had tables appropriately spaced out and all staff had on masks. Food was fresh and came out super hot. Fried catfish was all perfect. Chocolate cake for dessert was SO good! Fish tacos were fantastic as always. Mac and cheese was dry and tasteless, would skip that next time, but maybe we got the last of a pan.
Had the catfish platter, blackened with Mac 'n cheese and it was delicious. Highly reccomend. I sat outside and it was lovely
Went here for lunch and the food was very good. I had a shrimp and oyster po boy. Looking forward to trying some other things in the menu. A little pricier than average lunch. I dropped about $18 and I had water with my meal. Returned June 3 and had the exact same thing. The oyster and shrimp Poboy is simply delicious
They have lots of good options. Get catfish, poboys, tacos there regularly. Bread is good, which is important for sandwiches to me.
The sides are a little too off traditional comfort food for my taste, but fries are delicious. Nothing is “spectacular”, but an easy place to please everyone.
Family friendly, but adult friendly as well.
Very reasonably priced, even now with food prices up.
Service is solid.
