The last few visits the counter associate Joyce has assisted us and she knows how to talk and treat her customers well. Definitely a major plus to her being a part of this location.

This place is awesome! They have foods like string bean chicken 🐔 breast, chow mein, black Angus beef steak, and broccoli 🥦 beef. It has two tvs 📺 that tell the story of how Panda 🐼 Express started, where the Chinese dishes come from in China, how much people food is eaten at panda express, and advertises that they are hiring new employees to work there. And there are booths and tables with high tables for people to sit. Go check out panda express and you will see for yourself that that this place is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the U.S.

Went there craving for some spicy Chinese food. Ordered a kungpao chicken, orange chicken, and spicy chicken with rice. It tasted good, but I felt I could've used a little more spice in the spicy chicken. The staff was accommodating.

My children and I have been eating at this Panda Express for years, but when I went there the other day, I was surprise to find out that after you order your food they charge you for the bag they put your food in. When the lady asked me if I would like a bag, I was a bit surprised, so I asked her, do I have to pay for a bag. She said, Yes. I was shocked. I didn't get a bag, and she placed my food right in my hand and said, Enjoy. HAHAHA. All I can say is at least they only charge $.05 cents. Because foreign grocery store and other stores are really taking advantage. Places like Caribbean Market in Langley Park charge $.25, sometimes $.35 cents per bag, and I have even went to places that charge up to $.50 cents per bag. The Go Green idea is not working and some store are charging more than the agreed $.05 cents. They are taking advantage of the customers. I don't go to Caribbean Market any more. I hope Panda Express stay with the agreed amount of $.05 cents and don't follow those other places.

If you know the nuances of Panda Express, it'll definitely improve your experience.
#1: If you order online for a future time, they don't print the ticket until when it's close to your pickup time, so if you pick a peak hour time, you def won't get it when you arrive. Def pick asap when ordering online.
#2: they don't have everything ready for about 35-45 min after they open so be ready to wait
#3: they also stop cooking food about an hour before they close, so you'll have less choices. Avoid coming in too close to closing time.
#4: save the receipt and do the survey for a bonus mini carton of entree
#5: for the sides, you can do half/half, such as half noodles and half super greens
#6: bring a reusable bag and save the earth
#7: there's parking in the back lot if street parking is full
