Fat Daddy's Bbq

I decided to stop and eat dinner here while returning from a work trip. My server took great care of me and my order was brought to me in a timely fashion. The brisket was excellent and the pulled pork really took me by surprise. I also really enjoyed their potato salad and baked beans. The owner is quite friendly, very sociable, and made certain that the food was good and that the beer was colder. I sure wish I lived closer so I could visit again soon!!

I stopped today to pick up dinner to take home. First time using this establishment and I must say. This was the Best I have had in a while. My order consisted on a mild sausage and three wings, with green beans and potato salad. My compliments to all. I will definitely stop in again and pick up a larger order to share with family. Thank you and keep up the good work.

This is the best BBQ in Delaware. I have been eating here since 2013 when I was working on my education at the Campus just a few miles up the road, and I still can't get enough of it. In the back room there are large picnic tables, so groups are welcomed, there are smaller tables in the front of the place for couples. At Fat Daddy's they have BBQ with Carolina, Texas and Kansas styles. I have had the ribs, pulled pork, the chicken and many more items from their menu, you can taste the smokiness in each bite. If you are in a rush you can have sandwiches to go or you can sit and enjoy a full rack of ribs with a generous application of sauce. The in-house made sauce is amazing; they have spicy and regular sauces on the tables. The sides orders are incredible, get the beach fries and cornpone. On a warm day you can enjoy a cold beer while sitting and eating in the outdoor area. The owner almost always makes it a point to come out and talk to the customers and ask how everything is. He really takes pride in watching people eat his food.
