DO BETTER. I only came here to post those 2 words... however, after looking over the reviews, there seems to be a common theme. Night shift.. something should be changed. It's quite obvious. My 3 year old could fill these fry boxes better than this.. its probably not even that the person was lazy.. rather that they simply do NOT care. (Which is not okay) Also 1 was supposed to be no salt. Guess who's fries were SALTY??? Thanks.

Not at all pleased with the service. Yesterday afternoon we ordered, got half of our things and a young man working wanted to argue that he gave us everything, a sweet young lady was steady telling him no and what we needed. We even had our recipe to show. Finley got everything. They had no carbonated drinks. The watermelon slush is really good. The way I ordered my #1 was perfect.

Please explain why every single time I visit this location and order a large sweet tea.. I am given a unsweetened tea. You call to report it for the 10th time same thing. Come and get it replaced. It should not keep happening in the first place. The tea is labeled one says Sweet Tea and one says Unsweetened tea... Read!! Read!! Read!! Nobody wants to get home and realize that again the same mistake was made. You go back to get it fixed and now your food is cold. I understand Nobody wants to work anymore but that's not the paying customers fault!! 🤬

I was so excited this morning when I saw the breakfast BAGELS were back. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese bagel meal. When I go to the window to pay I asked the cashier to tell the manager how excited I was that the bagels were back. I get home with my meal and am so looking forward to biting into my bagel and imagine my surprise and disappointment that my breakfast sandwich is a sausage egg and cheese on a muffin. It would have been bad enough if it was on a bagel because I don't like their sausage. I'm not usually out to get breakfast so doubly disappointed. Too far to go back and waste my gas.
