Penn Station East Coast Subs

Shady biz pizza sub that had mystery stuff in it idk what to name it. This is becoming extremely common at every single restaurant. Leaving items off, messing up orders. It doesn’t matter how busy you are if your going to charge people $16 for a sandwich shouldn’t you respect their money by giving a good service. If your service is bad then lower prices. I had 1 tiny slice of tomato on my sandwich, 2 tiny slices of onions, tiny amount of lettuce 3 banana peppers. Sandwich wasn’t even cut which isn’t a vid deal except when the sandwich comes extremely soggy. I call & specifically ask for a side item yet they didn’t put in there. There is no oregano on my sandwich no pepper one side has mayo one doesn’t. This is starting to become criminal I don’t care about the excuses of short staff. You don’t train people to slop it together & charge your neighbors extremely overpriced sandwiches. You & every single person has the same thing going on in every business there’s nothing hard about it you just sale exactly what you say your selling. Short staff short staff busy busy man I walked in penn station years ago & the same amount of people are in there as today. I can’t imagine where you get your deli meat from if this is how you run business. I know you are telling your staff to not put as much on the sandwich as you have in the past. Robbing the poor people I see

Not what you would expect if you are going to copy a Philly cheese steak at least get it right. The service was fine its just not what you would expect. You get a torpedo with a little bit of meat and cheese. If your are from Philly or surrounding areas the picture i added is what you get. Take your money to Subway, save you three bucks and its a bigger and better sandwich. Once again look at the pick you get this for $9.50 in Chester, Pennsylvania. You get not even quarter of that at Penn Station for $10.99.

Penn Station is one of my favorite places to go. I go here maybe twice a year, maybe more, just depends. The store is clean and they care about customer safety. The employees could be more talkative to the customers to create that bond but other than that, good job btw I had ordered the Philly Cheesesteak which was phenomenal

Hit this Penn Station up yesterday. As always I was not disappointed. I stuck with my usual 12" artichoke. I love this sandwich. Of course threw in one of their epic cookies because they are so worth it and I felt like being naughty on the calories. The staff was great. Service timely. Place was clean and orderly.

We go there quite a bit, most of the time its ok. Sometimes employees are young and don’t care. They don’t clean the rest rooms very much at all. Today we went and the french fries( which are usually one of their best things) were disgusting greasy and soggy, heres the pic. We are very dissapointed. This place is such a gamble. Mancinos down the street is always good though. Really need to step it up or this location won’t last probably.
